Awful had to find another hotel to stay at

Everything. Cleanliness, staff, convenience

The location.

The bathroom was really dirty. Hair on the floor, dirty wash rags stuck in the shower curtain. The coffee was empty in the morning. We had to go out for breakfast because what they served didn’t look good.

It was a bed to sleep in

Floors were dirty, bed frame squeaked loudly every time i moved

Rm 108 needs air seal at bottom lh side fo door ..light comes through.

Relatively quiet

Woke up with ants in one room. They got all over clothes and in a diaper bag. The food was okay, however they never replenished the food when it was gone.

The bed

Only had a small shower and took a long time to get checked in and they tried to charge my account even after I paid you guys

I didn't get a chance to like it.....but my check out made the whole experience useless

The front desk clerk gave my deposit to someone not registered to my room or even at the hotel for that matter and allowed him to check me out without any kind of authorization or attempt to verify that this was ok with me.

Location

Hotel sneakilychg me $75 aft I ckd out said stains were on bedding. The stains were prob already there. I didn't notice any. Asked htl staff 2 txt r call with proof of whatever they were talking about & they never contacted me but still chg. I'm disputing

The staff was excellent and they help me with a lot of problems. We were having with our room.

We were set up with a room that did not have a TV that worked. They quickly switched our room. But, it looks like the entire hotel was going through a renovation and we were in the crappy part. The next morning we found a roach by the door.

Location and well lit parking lot.

I paid more for this hotel, because it said they had a hot breakfast. They had coffee, and not even when I would consider a decent continental breakfast. There was no stopper in the sink the shower nozzle squirted everywhere. A room did not smell good

The hotel was in shambles. There was mold in my room. It looked like the beds had been slept in, there were crumbs and hair in the bed. The floors were filthy.

Staff didn't know what they were doing and charged my debit card for over 140$ in fraudulent charges that I have yet to get back

Location and rate

outlets were very loose and the contact didn't touch when plugged in. I had to balance something to lean against it and find the right angle for the outlet to work. half the time it would stop working in the middle of the night. kind of a fire hazard

Clean and great price for location

Very bare minimum with 1 bar of soap that was the smallest I'd ever seen (reminded me of my daughter's mini-brands). The tiny shampoo bottle was watered down. I pouring it in my hand and it ran through lol. The mattresses were new, but very poor quality.

Outdated rooms. Toilet barely flushed. Shower didn't drain. Parking fees were stupid.

Nasty and if I hadn¿t already paid I would have left.

Staff was terrible. Tub had hole in it and was just nasty.

How clean it was, it was definitely peaceful and the staff was AMAZING.

The pool should have been opened but that's about it. I'll definitely be back.

Took over an hour to get checked in. Room had not been cleaned changed room. Alarm kept beeping changed room. No ice machine worked in the whole hotel. Had to ask for more linen. Just all round bad experience. Had 3 rooms booked.

The ice machine was broken, there was loud music and it¿s just becoming very run down.
