- air conditioning even on low very noisey on vibrated the bed next to it. Shower fawsett broke and wound not stay adjusted.Bed next to window sounded like something was broke on frame.very noisey when you moved.
- Excessive charge for a small dag.
- Fire alarm went off at 4 in the morning, staff wasnt apologetic or cared that everyone panicked to get outside in the cold at 4am
