Clean.

Mattress was uncomfortable.? The doorknob at the bathroom door was broken.?

The hotel and room had more amenities than expected. There was a patio with a fire and room had real dishes with a dishwasher microwave apartment sized fridge and kitchen sink.The staff were friendly and helpful

The staff mostly good and professional but the reception lady, obviously a DEI hire, was on personal phone when we arrived and we had to wait. She was rude and told us that we owe her money while the hotel was fully paid.

The lady who checked us in was pleasant but was clearly looking to do as little work as possible. Also the charge for the pet fee was ridiculously steep.

After having to change rooms because of lingering marijuana smell in the first one, the second room was okay. Spacious.

Children sleeping on the sofas in the lobby when we returned to the hotel around midnight. Why? Large group of people hanging out at breakfast table area at midnight to 1:00 am.

Cleanliness of room, ease of check-in, friendly staff, very decent free breakfast, and overall affordably spacious rooms.

Is pet friendly and some areas are not being taken care of responsibly by occupants who are bringing their furry guests.

Loved the room. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was perfect. Loved there was a shower and NO step into a tub.

Was told breakfast was from 6:30 to 10am (perfect) only to find out it ends at 8 am (disappointed) It was a slip up by the front desk.

We were charged for taking a cat carrier in! We don¿t have a cat, we had a bright salmon pink RTIC cooler!!! Nobody asked us about a cat just charged our credit card for a cat! Absolutely ridiculous! Took 3 phone calls to get credit back

Clean, the gym, breakfast

Beds were very comfortable. Almost like being at home. Very nice hotel suite.

Didn't care for the pocket door to bathroom. It was very hard to pull, and I could not get it pulled completely shut for privacy.

It was very noisy. Also, there was an employee shouting profanities in the parking lot. At first, I thought he was a guest, but the next morning, he went behind the check-in desk where only staff can go.

The breakfast and the staff serving the breakfast were extremely nice and helpful.

The beds top blanket was obviously dirty multiple spots, sticky stuff in the carpet. Hair in bathroom, not enough linens for pull out couch so I had to go to the front desk and get more.

I love that the suites provide you a complete kitchen, the staff is really nice and the facilities are always very clean.

My only very small issue is that my pocket door that closed the bathroom off would not stay open. It consistently closed on its own. I had to prop it open. Nothing major, just a bit of a pain with a toddler who kept messing with it.

The room was spacious and clean. We really liked that it had a full size refrigerator. Front desk person was very welcoming. Free breakfast was very good too.

Very convenient. Everyone that worked there were very accommodating. The rooms were very clean, even Haze Bulloxer felt comfortable. I would highly respect they make you feel like you were home.

Plenty of room in the room. Breakfast was better than most hotels.

Water pressure suuuucks. It normally takes 5-10 min. To take a shower. It ended up taking 15-25 min to rinse off all soap and shampoo. Imagine barely turning on the faucet in the sink, to a trickle and trying to wash your whole body under it.

The room was very well sanitized. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was all modern.

The walls are thin. We heard people upstairs being noisy. We called the front desk to move us to another room but she said it was booked even though I could still book a hotel online.
