The staff we encountered were amazing! The room was beautiful and smelled very fresh each time we walked in and they were very cold. We didn’t need to wait for the room to cool off. I loved the safety measures that were taken.

Nothing! The breakfast was hot and delicious.

(1)Dirty bathroom- scummed toilet & basin, stained bathtub, had to fix flush chain; (2)Cleaning only 3rd day, not changing the sheet; (3)We had to leave one day early due to my severe pet allergic reaction even we had no pet

Who thinks hairs in the bathroom, completely loose toilet seats and somebody else's chips on the carpet make for good hotel experiences?!

Location was good

Staff wasn?t friendly at all. Breakfast was just ok. Supposed to have a roll in shower but it wasn?t available at check in.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We usually stay in Marriott hotels but price encouraged us to try this one and we were pleased with the decision.

The bartender/restaurant waiter. All in one. Excellent. And food was amazing. Such a surprise. It was really good food.

Hotel was messy and worn. Lampshade need to be replaced. Bathtub seems painted and not clean. Calking is grubby. We stayed the night before in Holiday Express in Richmond Hill Georgia it was excellent super clean with a delicious breakfast included.

Room was very clean. I wish they would give more tp in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and the lady in charge of breakfast was very friendly and helpful. I wish they had favored creamer.

Close to highway but quiet. Recently redecorated modern spacious rooms and attentive staff.

Complimentary breakfast was a bit lame compared to other hotels in this class.

Renovations are going on so the only ice machine is on the 3rd floor.

Nothing, it was average at best and then the negatives.

It was undergoing renovations. The water was turned off as we were preparing to leave so we could not brush our teeth or use the toilet. The bathtub made it difficult to access for shower. The breakfast was weakest of our 8 day trip.

Friendly staff, location

Plumbing issues. When showering we were standing in bath water because the drain in the tub was clogged. Also, flushing the toilet¿poor water pressure. Took 2-3 flushings to get toilet paper to disappear down the commode drain.

This hotel was not worth the money. Dirty bathrooms and dirty beds. Not to mention, the beds are hard as a rock. Which they will fit you perfectly if you like a very firm mattress.

This hotel was spotless. The room very comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices and very clean The lady working in the breakfast room was a accommodating and told workers to make sure they did not come on with dirty boots!!!

The elevator

Great staff, comfortable rooms. Clean, convenient freeway access. Given the cost of nearby hotels, this one was a bargain but was on par with a Hyatt in terms of room quality and cleanliness.
