Hampton Inn Savannah-I-95/Richmond Hill

The staff was friendly and helpful

The room smelled stuffy upon entering, clearing up once the AC ran for a few minutes. The thermostat has a motion sensor shutting off the AC when the rooms unoccupied. The room can become stifling in the middle of the night while sleeping.

Room cooling system and bathroom vent fan extremely noisy. Toilet didn’t flush.

The hot breakfast.

The first room we were put in had a pet like smell. And no interior door lock. The second room the smell was slightly better but a dirty wash cloth was left in th shower¿ made made me wonder if the room was cleaned well.

It was old it smelled terrible in the room the room was not very clean for a Hampton the beds were old and the shower didn¿t drain

Location. Desk clerk was very good. 2nd time using this hotel.

Room was stuffy and damp feeling and had a musty smell. I don¿t think the air conditioning was working properly.

I was very pleased. The location was close to the interstate, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The Most Important feature is the BEDS! They were Very Comfortable!

Easy access and good location The room was sanitized and very clean The front reception was excellent Definitely recommend this Hampton Hotel 👍

Everything was fine

Normally we pay more for this hotel because we have always had a good experience In the past.

This visit was disappointing from the time we checked in til the time we left. The manager on duty was rude. No breakfast ... (one thing I pay extra for in a nicer hotel) and pool loungers. Not pool was supposed to be open , but management threw us out .

Close to interstate and restaurant's.

Breakfast good all tastes like fake food, poor look poor Taste and probably no nutrition. Except for the fruit and coffee.

Spacious room & bathroom. Very clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast on Day 3 of our 3 night stay was very good & the breakfast attendant did a great job of replenishing the food & keeping the area clean.

Housekeeping entered room on Day 2 even tho the Do Not Disturb hang tag was on the door. Housekeeping noted on their log that they didn't service on Day 3 when in fact they put clean towels in bathroom & they made the bed. Reported to General Manager.

Hotel is outdated at dirty. Staff upon check in was condescending. Room stunk. I could go on and on.

Nice and clean. Good breakfast, great location off interstate 95.

Proximity to I-95. Hot breakfast suitable for gluten sensitive person. Eggs, sausage & fresh fruit. Breakfast staff very friendly & helpful.

Room old & tired. Small fridge worked fine but had no freezer for refreezing travelers ice packs. Desk light broken. Sconce hanging out of socket. Requested King bed & was given queen. Bathroom shelves dusty. Seems like no one cares.

The hotel was lovely and it is pretty much right at the exit from 95 when traveling south. There were a number of places to eat that could be walked to, rather then needing to jump back into a car.

Sent a miserable night because the air conditioning was not working
