The Lady who helped check me in was awesome .

The ownership , they like over charging for this hotel. Asked to have my date moved because my son was not able to be picked up from his school as scheduled. I asked for a refund then asked to have it moved. The nice lady called the owner and said no.

the beds were comfortable the breakfast was good even though there were no real vegan options or potatoes but there was plenty of fruit and nuts that I survived on so it was pretty good. maybe have potatoes next time.

The hotel is set back away from the main road without any security around. I checked in after midnight and the front desk had the front door locked and informed me some men were walking around outside and she didn't feel safe.

New, clean property. Friendly, efficient staff. Best breakfast variety and quity around.

Very clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was great! There¿s a train behind the hotel that they told us about upon check in but I didn¿t hear it once during our stay.

Really liked the size if room . Very clean. Very convenient to daughter.Plenty of linens. Best hotel in strip.

The refrigerator was not cold.

The hotel was very clean. The room was very comfortable. We were warned about a train track right outside the window but it was not a problem.

The room was very nice and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. I needed late check out for my elderly disabled mother and they were very accommodating

I did not see the sign and drove right past it at first.

The price of this hotel, comparable to other Savannah hotels Plus new, clean and close enough to Savannah

There was a train that passed by periodically but never effected my comfort or my sleep.

I was pleasant surprised with this stay given the low star rating! Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. She gave us a heads up about the loud train that I saw some ppl complaining about, but it didn¿t bother us at all since it came around 1100.

I love the good vibrations from the trains. The receptionist are all beautiful women and very knowledgeable of the area. Their is a EV hook up outside. If a car is parked there, it¿s probably just one of the beautiful receptionist saving it for you.

One day there was delicious bacon and the next day sausage patties. They should serve both at the same time for variety.

The train going by every 2 hours was a bit annoying.

Clean and new hotel.

There was no regular coffee available every time I attempted to get some. The food staff personnel were not very helpful or thoughtful as they shuffled along and took a long to to refill The coffee. I went to the fast food restaurant to get my coffee!

Very Clean. The staff from checkin to house keeping were kind and professional. The door faob key actually worked the entire stay. The staff made you feel welcome and happy you are a guest. Nice!

Checkin was flawless. Room was spotless. Outstanding staff.

Too close to the ever as in tracks

The hotel is along a train track and the front desk graciously made us aware of that on check-in. Sure, we heard a few trains go by, and we were on the side near the tracks. But, it was no problem at all and not overwhelming.

No.... people are acting like babies over a train that passes by.... its not am issues

Clean clean clean... its a new hotel so it's really nice... people stop complaining about the train it's not an issue like those spoiled people say... I stayed on the train side and didn't wake up once and I'm a light sleeper

The room is set up perfect

The walls are thin you can hear everything, and the location is terrible I heard the train run night and day.
