Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Overall a nice hotel if you aren’t disabled.

The accessible room did not meet our needs. The hotel company did not adequately fit out the bathroom to allow non-ambulatory guests to bathe. Dirty elevator floors, only one was working.

Breakfast was wonderful...room was cozy..

Need a turkey option for breakfast sausage as well

It was clean and it had a normal size TV for the room size

When they were cleaning rooms, they skipped our room but took our towels, so we had to go request towels

Buyer beware! Do not recommend in the least. Room not ready at 7pm with other patrons waiting around, complaining in lobby. Dated, stains. Unprofessional. Hate to leave a scathing review but buyer beware! Not close to a 3 Star hotel as advertised!

There was real breakfast included with the price and stay. Any complaints brought to the attention of the front desk were instantly dealt with and resolved.

Quality, serviceability, functionality, and accounta. I had to use my body to get my room door open. I had to strain and fight to get the deadbolt on my room door to lock. My door would not close and lock on it's own. The microwave was missing it's plate.

The security lock on the room door was broken off.

The hotel manager, was wonderful in resolving an issue that I had. She was professional, listened to my concerns, and solved the issue quickly.

A/C didn?t work properly

Horrible room. Smelt like mildew , bathroom ceiling was peeling, toilet was clogged. Front desk clerk was did not answer phone and we ended up waiting 5 - 10 minutes to check out of room. Horrible experience will never stay here again or recommend.

Tv remote did not work properly shower water pressure barely worked hotel management didnt wanna do anything to reconcile the problem.

Was Rushed out of the room and was an unpleasant experience.

Hot shower, staff was very friendly, room was spacious.

Pillow cases were dingy. Toilet didn¿t look so clean.

The staff was nice, professional,fast, the breakfast was good,the hotel was clean, the location is nice, I had a wonderful experience staying there.

The floors in our room were sticky. Our sheets has human excrement on them. Water pressure was weak in the shower. The advertised stated they had a hot tub , but when we arrived, the hot tub was filled with cement. No lock pool area is not safe for childr

The breakfast was good.

The front desk staff, three different people I might add kept referring to me as third party. I also didn¿t like the smoking area being located directly in front of the hotel.

Location was good. Room was clean. Large tv.

The phone was set on wake-up call and started going off at :530 until 6:30 am. 3 calls. They need to fix the phones so people can¿t do that.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. I saw hair in the several areas that was not mine.

All the staff I encountered were very friendly. The room was much larger than I expected and it was quiet. I heard footsteps above me every now and then, but it wasn't bad.

There was not a lot of variety at breakfast, but it was free, so I guess I can't be too picky.

They obviously had a bug problem. One day we stepped out the smell was so bad. I knew what it was. They had targeted rooms which was the floor we were on. If you where going to do that why put people on that floor.

The staff provided excellent service and the free full breakfast was great!! The shuttle service was very timely and accommodating.

I liked the location the most. It was right off the interstate and crossed with a major highway that goes into the city.

The tv lost signal multiple times due to the weather, breakfast closed to early for me, parking was difficult at peak hours, and I didn¿t like the lack of a latch or chain for the doors in the room.
