Residence Inn by Marriott Savannah Airport

Dirty couch, dirty chair. Mold spots in the shower. Carpet snagged and rippling. Sheets felt cheap and not super clean.

I loved the location to Savannah and also the shopping centers.

It was perfect for my birthday trip.

The VERY friendly staff and service.

Occasionally during the night the guests above us walked/thumped very loud and woke us up.

Location is great. Offers rooms with 2 tv's,which is a must. Breakfast choices a pretty good.

Rooms/furnishings could use a more thorough cleaning. Manager was grear, some other employees seemed to have dont care attitudes. Obvious cleaning staff never bothers to check under beds or pull up beds. Disturded that my reserved room was not availab

The room itself was clean enough, the staff was nice.

The pool looked dirty, the water was not clear. The hallways needed vacuumed but it was a busy holiday weekend and they are short staffed like everywhere else right now.

Horrible experience start to finish

Room was absolutely filthy. Took photos and showed to the manager. She offered to switch rooms. Upon inspection of the second room it was just as bad as the first. I have photos of both rooms. I have no confidence these rooms are cleaned.

Front desk wearing masks. Room very well cleaned with nice new appointments.

Big clean rooms, comfy bed, great location right off the highway next to a lot of dining

Staff not friendly. Strange people hanging out in lobby trying to get me to sign papers and calling me over to desk when I have my hands full of a toddler, bags, and dog trying to check into my room. They did not work for the hotel. Breakfast gross.

The hotel was new and clean. Our room was very spacious for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids under 4). The breakfast bar was super busy and in an area that seemed a bit small. The food was good and the staff were friendly and attentive.

New,clean overall. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to airport. Comfortable room. Mostly quiet.

Would have enjoyed a hot tub. Breakfast not always well supplied or tasty.

We stay here often when in town visiting family. We have always loved the friendly staff, incredible breakfast and close proximity to everything in the area

The bed!!! For some reason the room we were in had a bed as hard as a rock! Three very long sleepless nights. Finally on the final night I was desperate for sleep. I took the mattress off of the sofa sleeper and put it under the sheets on the bed.

I have stayed at many different hotels but this particular Residence Inn has surpassed them all. Cleanest room I have every stayed in. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Wonderful shower and bathroom. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The room!

The pool was outside and though warm out, it was not heated and was quite cold. Our kids, who love to swim, had the youngest out after one jump in, and the other lasted about 10-15 minutes. Normally they would swim for 45 to an hour. Only negative I have.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The room was an efficiency apartment which was great. The hotel is new and spotless. The free breakfast was the best that I have had at many other hotels.

Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the interstate. Rooms were nice
