Quality Inn Pooler - Savannah I-95

Mostly friendly staff, clean rooms and location.

The beds were a little on the firm side and no hot breakfast as advertised unless you wanted to make your own waffle.

It smelled clean when I walked in and during my stay. The front desk agent was easy to talk to and his service was great.

Location was great and staff was very friendly

Room was dusty and was dirty looking. Supposedly they are doing renovations so I'm wondering if I had an older room. Breakfast was lacking

Cute, updated room, everything pretty new. We came in very late, and the staff allowed us to have more time in the a.m. They also opened another room for us, so we could shower when ours didn't work, and apologized profusely for our troubles.

The shower didn't drain properly and the water pressure was extremely low. I turned the water off to soap up, so it wouldn't overflow, then the water didn't come back on, again, when I turned it on. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk.

When I arrived at the hotel the elevator was not working. The hotel was undergoing renovation and all the rooms on the first floor were being remodeled. There was no hair dryer or coffee pot in the room. There was no place to put soap in the shower.

it's a workers hotel and in the morning couldn't even get into the breakfast area for a cup of coffee so left.

The staff was friendly

It smelled of mold and cigarettes. Made us feel sick sleeping there for 2 nights. The smell made it hard to breath.

The location was awesome!!! The outlets and restaurants was great in distance

The first room we were assigned to , we walked into a couple that was already in the room. The second room smelled wet and smelled like mildew. The 3rd room we just managed to make it work for our stay.

I have stayed here before and it was OK this time wrong room as they were overbooked. Room dirty, bathroom dirty, furniture stained and falling apart, mirrors dirty. Parking lot full of trucks. People grilling outside until almost midnight.

The staff! They were nice and welcoming

The room and the hotel was great! There was a stain on the sofa which I wasn¿t sure where it came from.

The check in receptionist was very friendly and answer all of our questions.

I could not understand why $2.00 for a bottle of water, when other Hotels a bottle/can soda of water is complimentary.

Location was good as was the price.

WiFi availability was limited to the lobby area during this stay. Breakfast was pretty basic so we opted to eat elsewhere.

Clean and easy to get in and out. Restaurant is walking distance.

Food. Continental Breakfast is really not. Not enough choices of food. Coffee is very weak,juices are water down.

HOTEL DOES NOT I REPEAT DOES NOT PROVIDE PILLOWS. I DID NOT SLEEP THE WHOLE NIGHT. WHAT THEY PROVIDE IS SOFA CUSHIONS WHICH ARE 12X12IN. HOTEL CONSIDERS THIS AS PILLOWS N THEY SAY IT IS THEIR NEW FEATURE. WHICH NUTCASE STUPID PERSON CAME UP WITH THIS IDEA

Yes I know I¿m not alone in this thought. I walked in and desk attendant was on phone with some dispute no problem but I¿m standing there and another call comes in !!!!! Front desk should¿ve said hold please to deal with customer in front of them.

It looks like the staff went to great pains to make the place look beautiful and clean. iIt also looks like the people who stayed there were more interested in putting their fist through the walls and scraping up the walls in the halls.

Filthy dirty, run down, walls paper thin. Totally disgusting!
