- The concierge was very helpful.
- The resort was beautiful and there was so much to do and see. The staff was amazing.
- A magical experience. Wanted somewhere to decompress and enjoy open air.
Cons -
- Better signs on the garden roads for directions are needed. Also, we had a hard time finding the entrance to the resort. We were unaware that our room keys allowed us car access to some of the roads. The GPS garden app sent us down the wrong roads.

- The room was not cleaned well at all. The fan blades had months worth of dust caked on them. The upstairs room has mold on the ceiling. The kitchen table had crumbs on the chairs and it has what looked like roach droppings on the cabinets.
