avid hotels Perry-National Fairground Area by IHG

The staff members are excellent. Hotel employee is awesome and genuine. Knowledgeable and kind. Also, the young lady who takes care of the lovely breakfast area. She is a gem as clever with answering my questions etc. The downstairs is spotless and pretty style.

Hmmm, nope. All is fantastic! Thank you always.

Reasonable price, and newer building

I requested a handicap room, which they provided. The issue is, that when taking a shower, water went all over the floor, The shower curtain was installed too high.

Location & modern design

Breakfast was awful. Bagels, toast, etc DID NOT have tongs!

I like the design of the hotel and the location away from the main road. Extremely clean! The breakfast area is very nice as well.

Newness and cleanliness.

There was no hot water in bathroom even after running faucet for several minutes. It might have reached 100 degrees and that is not enough for me to want a shower.

No fresh roll of toilet, miold on shower door, blinds didnt go down all the way and headlights shined in window and floor was buckling at the wall by bed. Not at all what I expected

All the above statements

Good location, easy to find, lots of good places to eat nearby

The breakfast was pretty boring

Close to the event I was attending. Lots of restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and the facility was extremely clean. Will stay the next time in this area

Always clean and very convenient. The area has many older hotels that helps newer ones like this to stand out

Grab an go breakfast items I'm not a fan and the biggest problem why have an indoor pool and it's not HEATED are you kidding me

Very clean rooms, staff were friendly. Very affordable. This is a no frills stay, but that is fine with me. No microwave or refrigerator was okay with me, I didn¿t have to listen to a small fridge run all night. Would definitely recommend it for an .

Clean, comfortable and great location

The staff was great and a good location with various food options. Walmart across the street and accessible to the freeway.

My bed sound like it had springs and made noise when you sat and laid down.

It was a new hotel and clean

No coffee pot in rooms. Ladies have to get dressed completely before coming down. No micowave to heat up water and heat up late night snacks. You can buy Walmart coffee pots and micowaves for $99.00 each.

Very nice, clean and comfortable bed. Also like that they had the dispensers with Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion. Rooms are a little small and we did not have a microwave in the room even though our booking indicated one.

Would have preferred a few other choices of warm items for breakfast¿maybe even just adding the waffle maker but it was convenient for grab and go.

Location is great. Close to everything, right off the highway. Staff was kind and friendly.

The hotel is very clean. Not everyone eat egg yolks and they have all the sandwiches with white yolk. Time is too advance for no egg white sandwiches. I stayed for 4 nights and I did not have a hot breakfast.

Huge bathroom and very clean room with great breakfast selection. Easy on and off i75

Na

Staff was great. Clean hotel. Large room and bath.

First time staying at Avid Hotel. Modern vibe decor, but almost too sparse. Hard floors in room, not carpet. No in-room microwave, which we needed. TV service was confusing - not user friendly. Very small breakfast, but enough for us.

This is a very modern mod designed hotel. It unlike many of the others in its presentation and decorum. Everything is aesthetically.pleasing to the eye. I wish there were more hotels like this for my business travels.

I was on the top floor and there was this odd constant vibration. Maybe from the A/C units?

We love the location of this hotel. The beds are like clouds and the room is clean!
