The price and the hospitality and cordiality of the staff and owners.
Very comfortable, clean, room & bed.
Staff.

Cons -

They tried putting us in a room that someone was already in and when I told them they had no idea apparently. The other room they put us in had a big gap under the door and the room smelled awful and made everything stink. Toothbrush and razor found.
This is excellent for the price and location
