Their room smelled musty, damp, stale and the AC didn’t work properly

Availability

Room had several open containers of water & an empty Dunkin coffee cup and mirrors were all smudged and the room and one bed looked used.

Easy access to i75 and friendly staff.

The mattress was sinking in on one side and stuff throughout. You could feel the springs. The waffle makers hadn't been cleaned from previous days. They had two waffle makers and both had a layer of burned batter.

The pool

The room was extremely dirty. My kids walked barefoot on the carpet and within 30 mins the bottoms of their feet were black from the carpet. Made them wear shoes the entire stay. There was a door connecting my room to the next room & the lock was broken

The room was not clean. Door had a gap so cold air came in. No water pressure for the shower.

Convenient to restaurants

Breakfast was mediocre. Microwave sausage that is sitting in a pan of water is just nasty

The hotel was clean, accommodating and well maintained. Breakfast was very good.

Yogurt

Checked into room and went to take a shower and there was a used bar of soap in the shower and hair in the tub

Room and bathroom was clean as well as linens. Breakfast had great choices.

The air conditioning was not consistently cold. (room 240)

Location

Will not repair sink in room ,stopper doesn?t work properly. Reported 4 times. Commodes are beginning to clog.Last time I stayed, I unclogged it myself. Lastly, it was a nuisance to have housekeeping standing right outside of my door at checkout time.

Very clean and updated bathroom and new carpet. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased.

Friendly staff, everyone seemed happy and hospitable towards guests. Hotel location in proximity to restaurants, shopping and travel lanes. Check in and out was quick an efficient. Free parking.

Swimming Pool was not heated. Jacuzzi had no jets. Breakfast was lacking. All rooms are outside entry. Didnt seem to be an accessible elevator. Just didnt fit my family quite right.

Large room. Exactly as advertised. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

I do not like outside door entries at hotels, but I knew in advance that it was an outside entry.

Fire alarm went off multiple times during the night. Called front desk and no one answered. Went to front desk and door was locked.The front desk told me i was going to get a refund and i did not get the refund

Location is nice. Just outside 75 highway

Multiple cockroaches , spiders and other insects inside room.

This hotel was in a very good location with easy access to the interstate and a major well-traveled highway. This location is in an area where eating places and shopping stores are within walking distance. The hotel staff and management were very helpful

I did not have any problems with the staff or management during my stay.

Breakfast and comfortable beds. Nice location.

This is a run down hotel with a lot of new paint. There is a lot of obvious damage that has been painted over. There was a dead roach in the floor in center of the vanity area. There were a couple of other bugs in the bathroom. One dead one alive.

Price. Locstion. It was clean, if old and worn out.

Dirty, stained chair, with burn hole in it welcomed me as I entered. With it closed, I saw gaps between the door and frame, suggesting it had been previously kicked in. Neighbor was sitting outside her door, smoking. Whole area stank. No Newsmax on tv

The employee who checked me in was very friendly.

My pillow cases and bed sheets were dirty. The shower was dirty in the corners. Room smelled strongly of baby powder.

No tub in my room. Shower and commode were in different sections. Odd layout. There were loud people outside smoking marijuana.
