Easy access from I-75. Great check in (thanks, !). Spacious room. Very comfortable mattress. The combo roll-down shade plus the blackout curtains made the room SUPER dark - so much so that I was afraid we'd oversleep and miss breakfast!

Took an hour after arrival to get to our room. Reservation was not in their system and were given 2 dirty rooms before finally getting a clean room for the night

Front desk worker was very polite and accommodating.

Is very loud next to interstate and fire Alarm went off at 6 am.

The hotel staff went above and beyond. The lady at the counter made sure me and my girlfriend group had rooms beside each other for easy access. They also allowed for early check-in. The rooms were clean and nice and the breakfast tasted great!

I could hear a great deal of road noise in my room most of the night from the interstate. I was in room 324.

It took three calls to the front desk because the people above had kids that was stomping on the floor between 11:30 pm and after midnight.

The location was good. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Yes! They completely disregarded the Do Not Disturb sign that I put on the door and came into my room. When I spoke to the front desk about it, I was told that the carpets had been cleaned that day. Extremely bad practices.

This hotel is absolutely spotless and is extremely updated and absolutely beautiful. The staff is very professional and helpful. Shout out to staff at the front desk who was so nice to us and calmed my nerves when I called from the road.

Everyone was very clean and beautiful the patient was excellent being right next to i-75. The best character that was on the night shift when we got there was a little off but all the other staff are incredible

Nothing. We left after checking in as the smell of smoke in the room was unbearable. The room was dirty. So much so that we booked another room at the neighboring Holiday Inn and didn¿t even ask for our money back. We should have though¿it was bad.

We got our in the ground floor, which was annoying. But other than that it was great

Everything. The room was ready when I arrived. It was very clean and exactly what I had requested when I booked it. The staff greeted me with a friendly welcome.

Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. I felt safe in the room regarding Covid.

The desk clerks did not wear masks. The maids did not wear masks and tried to ride the elevator (two of them) with my husband. The A/C unit ran non-stop blowing freezing air no matter what temp we set it on.

Professional, courteous staff who displayed that they were prepared and expected my visit with excellent care.
