It is definitely a nice room for the price. Staff has been wonderful. Excellent location - 5 minutes to Universal. Very much exceeded my expectations.

The hotel itself is rather old and in poorer condition. Our bathroom had broken shower knobs and tile missing/broken. The sink and faucet did not line up correctly, so you could not wash your hands under the water. The MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Nothing. They over charged me for the room to get it for when I booked it. They were rude because the system made a mistake of how many people I had. They cursed at me and talked bad about my 13 year old stepson. Then threatened to call the police on me.

Yes. The service. The price. The way they treat people and the room was not worth what was charged.They charged my card another $---for another night without my notice and kicked me out the same day I got the hotel.

Had a first floor room. For someone with heart trouble this meant a lot

The door was open to air out the room when we arrived, did not help!The room had an old and musty stink. No shampoo in room and toilet had not been cleaned!

Staff was super nice and helped in any way needed. The rooms were bigger than expected which was awesome. Will stay again.

Quick check-in. Friendly reception. Large room. Comfortable lounge area. Frig and microwave in room was a nice bonus and were useful. Good water pressure in shower. Safe area in walking distance to restaurants. Fast wifi. Convenient parking just outside my room made it easy to move in and out. Room smelled fresh, was clean and pest free. I had car troubles passing through and had to wait over the weekend for the dealership to reopen on Monday. Given my circumstances and needs, this was an excellent value and suited me perfectly.

Clean. Convenient to Cracker Barrel.Beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful. Appliances worked well. Heat worked well.

No chain security on hotel door.Pull out bed/seat uncomfortable.Could not get cold water handle on tub to work. But the good outweighed the bad.

Rooms very dated and dingy looking. No smoking room but one of the bedspreads had 5 burn holes in it.

Breakfast was okay, but when I returned home from the hurricane Helene, I checked my banking account and was astounded about being charged $147 twice for the same room. Once by booking and another by the Motel.
