Best Western Bradbury Inn & Suites

The staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean, although dated.

The hotel is just a couple of hundred ft off the highway and the back side is incredibly noisy. We were on the front side which was much quieter. Although a small thing, the pillows were the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel

Room had a musty odor and was very damp. Hotel needs updating - carpet was old and worn - time to replace carpet and update.

The room was very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options and was tasty.

Convenient Location

Poor check-in clerk.. Not pleasant or able to assist in Dinner locations.... Not very accomodating....

Mold in bathroom. Smelly hallways and rooms.

Room #101 had a strong mildew odor. Shower head spray was unidirectional. Would have enjoyed the ability to adjust the directionality.

The room was very nice and clean. Service was excellenr.

The pool and spa heaters did not work. The spa was down completely with no ETA on the repairs.

Very spacious and clean suite.

There was no secured wifi. Vinyl on the couch was uncomfortable. Plugs fell out of receptacles. Freezer part of the frig didn¿t work.

It advertises an indoor pool. What they don¿t tell you is that the hot tub is broken so the pool is NOT swimmable in April due to ice water. The pool was the whole reason we, and what appeared to be many other people traveling with small children, picked

It was clean and the staff were friendly.

The pool and hit tub were cold, the breakfast wasn¿t great and the workout room didn¿t have anything to spray down the equipment.

It is reasonably priced and conveniently located close to the Georgia National Fairgrounds.

The staff/management should really consider providing more towels for the rooms. We had a double room and were only provided 3 bath towels. We requested more and had to trade out. I would be willing to reuse towels if more were provided!

We arrived with pipes bursting from cold temperatures. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us to include discount and free upgrade of room . The water came in later that night.

It was clean and smelled clean

The room we were in had a weird smell (chemical type) and the toilet didn't flush very well

Bathroom shower was disgusting. Lots of mold on the walls above the shower.

I could not seem to get comfortable overnight in the hotel as far as temperature. It was either too cold or too warm and it felt humid all of the time.

Room smelled musty and I found a child¿s sock in between the couch and foot stools. Dirty napkin in the cabinet near refrigerator. Refrigerator wasn¿t cold.

Bathroom nicely laid out. Nice countertop. Mattress firm and comfortable. Good size room. Convenient location for our travel plans.
