Microtel by Wyndham Perry National Fairground Area I-75

No comforter or TV remote. Staff needed to be prompted for sheets (fitted, flat, comforter, pillow) for the sleeper sofa. TV remote was missing. They bought one, but it did not work.

Poop sheets, mold, no safety lock, cock roach, poor staff quality, water on floor the whole time

Friendly staff went out of their way to be helpful. Very good free breakfast wide variety of food from oatmeal, apples, tangerines, make you own pancakes, sausage biscuits and bagels with cream cheese. Beverage selection was great also!

Room could use repainting, as there were numerous scratches on the wall. Overall, the hotel was very clean and neat.

Well, the customer service from Hotel employee was impeccable and accommodating. Hotel employee as always was gracious. I really rested and it was quiet.

Location. It?s very quiet, away from traffic, yet close to the expressway. I like both the manager and assistant manager and of course,all of the staff are fabulous!!! Hired new staff members who were great! Treats me well and my service dog well!

The Laundry is still down. Other than that, it?s great!

Nice beds

The room smelled horrible but it was tolerable since we were so tired.

Indoor room access. Very nice staff. Check in was so easy.

Bed was uncomfortable. No king size beds.

No comfortable reading chair. No warm pleasant lighting all lighting was harsh and unpleasant although the lighting was bright it was not warm and friendly. No comfortable chairs in the lobby either

Mold in shower. Bathroom sink wouldnt drain. Gross stains on char seat and seating area over the a/c. Putside door would not open with key card. Coffee maker out of order.

Room was extremely small, bathroom was dirty, bed was very uncomfortable and small. I think it was a full not a queen as advertised. Continental breakfast was pathetic and they didn't even offer coffee.

Hotel employee was AMAZING!! The best asset you have!!! First suite had a dirty couch. Switched to a second suite. Bath tub would NOT hold water and NO cold water in bath sink. Broken.

Close to fairgrounds. Liked the laminate floor.

Hallway was dirty. Night staff wasn't friendly. Would disappear on smoke breaks for upwards of 30 minutes and then say they didn't work there. Pool not functioning and no breakfast options at all. Bed was very uncomfortable. Definitely not a 3 star.

Great location. Close to everything, but quiet. Friendly staff.

I have been staying at the hotel since it was built whenever I come thru. I have always enjoyed the staff and availability of coffee, tea, etc.

There was a dog, ankle bitter type bark, that started at 5:50 AM one morning. I called the desk, no one answered after attempting several times before I got up and ready to leave for the day. I did complain to the desk and they did speak to the dog owners

Clean and roomy. Good mattress.

Difficult to find at night. Needs better signage as it’s tucked behind another motel.
