- Staff was professional and the room was clean
- Nothing.
- I booked the wrong night through the app and instead of allowing me to change the date both the hotel and the app refused to help me in anyway.
Cons -
- We were unable to stay for this trip. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. They lied about their policy and refused to cancel the reservation. They lack compassion and understanding when dealing with families escaping hurricane damage.
