Hotel employee was knowledgeable and kind at check-in. He always to polite to my service pup as myself. Also, noticed he was kind to others. Hotel employee was at check-out. Lovely lady with knowledge and kindness.

The staff members. I met hotel employee as he checked me in. Very knowledgeable as very kind soul. I received a fantastic room and clean. Morning, I met hotel employee at front desk. Knowledgeable and so kind to me to help with my dress sleeves.

Nada - nope. All fantastic. There is a pool right outside the room window we stayed. H20 balances me. Awesome, A+++++ Thank you and blessings to staff as hotel business always. All was great, cannot get anything better than this.

Nice breakfast

Bed was extremely used. Not comfortable unless you lay across Cover had a stain on it a different the couch was springy very used.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and there were several food items,

We stayed two nights at the hotel and the room cleaning crew never came around to clean the room and bring fresh towels. There were several rooms that were left open that remained unclean for hours.

Room was really nice. The hot water was amazing all 4 of use took a shower/bath and still had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was really good to. We only had 4 ppl but our room did have a very comfortable couch that a smaller child could of slept on

The cable was out in the whole hotel and they don't have streaming services. My daughter was upset.

Location and newness.

Paper thin hotel room walls - could hear TVs next door, hear showers and toilet flushes, pocket door served both closet and bathroom, art on wall was poor taste and Walmart cheap, While new "time and motion" studies designed for owners not guest, Et Al.

Location

The hanging wet floor sign in the elevator and the wet towels assumingly from guests who were in the pool in the elevator. Also, the facade of the front of the hotel was noticeably damaged.

The hotel was nice & the breakfast was pretty good. I liked that there was no extra charge for having a pet.

Hostess wasn't very friendly nor helpful. She wasn't rude, she just did the minimum she had to. The room was nice & as expected, but there was trash in the trash can, including a dirty diaper, left from the previous guest.

Didn't care for the barn door on the bathroom/closet.

Staff and general manager focused on providing true service.

Beds and typical chemical "hotel" smell in room.

TV channel charge for any decent channel in addition to room rates. Light bulbs burned out. Shower stuck on "clean an elephant" pressure due to shower head problem. I was disappointed.

When we checked ¿ in the staff was very friendly and polite.

There were people playing loud music.

No maid service during 4 night stay.

The night desk clerk, Michael, was fantastic! I booked the room so that I could make it to work safely the next morning during winter storm Fern. I made it to check in around 6 pm, and Michael was so pleasant, answering all my questions with a smile and helping me connect to the Wi-Fi so I could continue working on some stuff. I was sharing the room with two of my associates and when I needed extra blankets and towels, or bottled water we received it fast! Thinking about booking a room just for when I want some down time! Lol great experience.

People were extremely loud in a neighboring room and going up and down the hall most of the night

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean. There was plenty of parking.

There is nothing you could have done better. We very much enjoyed our overnight stay.
