  • Staff: RUDE. Didn?t care to assist or fix anything. Room: not clean and bathroom door didn?t close couldn?t move around in the room it was so small with amount of furniture in the room.
  • In the middle of the night our room (119) started leaking from the ceiling forcing us to move rooms at 1am. In addition, the bathroom seemed to have some issue before we got there as the door had a big hole cut into it to remove the door handle.
