the front desk clerk was super nice

The cleanliness of the room … Dead roach on floor…. Hairs in the shower … food on rug (candy). Toenail clippings on rug beside the bed and the sink drained very very slow standing water for 10 mins after use

Nice room, clean, quiet

Gave me wrong customer receipt at checkout which I didn’t notice for a day or so.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a large number of people and we were quite comfortable.

My hubby called it the One Butt Kitchen Hotel room (small). Bathroom was strange for showering and dressing. No privacy there.

Gave us a place to stay.

Staff: RUDE. Didn?t care to assist or fix anything. Room: not clean and bathroom door didn?t close couldn?t move around in the room it was so small with amount of furniture in the room.

In the middle of the night our room (119) started leaking from the ceiling forcing us to move rooms at 1am. In addition, the bathroom seemed to have some issue before we got there as the door had a big hole cut into it to remove the door handle.

Room was open when I arrived like housekeeping left open lights outside so bright was like lights in room on was a new remodel but very poorly done Sheetrock screw holding grab Handel in show and a lot of things unfinished and not addressed in remodel

Location and hotel staff honesty

AFTER I submitted my credit card I was informed that there may be some inconvenience due to remodeling. The place was a mess. No food or drink and sheetrock dust everywhere. I want my money back. I have used Priceline for our travel but this was bad!

1. No breakfast available. 2. The construction was insane. Why were they even open with that much construction? How could they be? 3, Most staff member I encountered could not have been less friendly. 4. Bathroom was moldy, fridge didn¿t work¿..

Price and location

Phone in room not operational, TV not operational. Promised didn't happen. Swinging door latch not operational. Room not vacuum. Dave

I’m a truck driver and I drive from SC to Atl 3-4 times per week. This Super8 is conveniently located right off I-20 and they offer truck parking. The owners and the staff are friendly and courteous and will accommodate you if any problems arise

Easy to find and check in process was easy

For breakfast the only creamer they offer is powered.

Not really. Jacked up price during Masters tournament and don't like that, but all in all, a good experience.

staff was very cordial, helpful and gave some dining tips...location was perfect for our trip and the room and overall hotel was very clean and modern...wife loved free breakfast...

Terrible staff, dirty smelly rooms, no extra lennin, would never stay at another Super 8 after staying here!

The waffle maker. That was the only thing I enjoyed about this stay.

Everything. Staff was very rude. Room service did not come to my room. When I called to get them to come they had already left in the afternoon. Staff was eating the Continental breakfast while cleaning and restocking in front of us as we ate. Terrible!!!

Upon entering the motel, you are overwhelmed by the smell of indian food. The room was good. Just several hairs in the bathtub.

Nice clerk but average room and over all appearance.

Vending machine was empty. All they had to offer was sofas and no snacks but even sofa machine was empty.

Liked that it was no smoking and no pets. Also had a free breakfast.

Bed had no sheets when I arrived but they gave me a better room. Didn't like that there was no elevator to second floor but did put me on first floor when I requested it.
