The rooms very welcoming.

The first room I was put into smelled of cigarette smoke and dirty feet. You could hear the girls partying in the next room. I got moved to another room. No internet. I asked repeatedly for them to reset it or help. Nothing.

The staff that ran the breakfast area. Super friendly and helpful.

The employee that checked me in Friday night. They had my reservation but insisted I had not prepaid. I insisted and she dismissed me. She took my credit card and charged me a higher fee. I complained and she found the payment. Refunded me.

Off the highway, clean

People on same floor/next to us were very load and slamming doors at 12:30 to 2:00 and kids screaming and babys crying. Wont stay at a place that allows that ever again.

Friendly & helpful staff, clean smelling and clean room, bathroom. Breakfast was delicious! Parking was secure and well lite. Felt very safe and comfy at this hotel! Internet worked great!

Modern and clean

We were disappointed in the breakfast. There was no protein at all. Only waffles, bagels, toasted bagel tops, cereal and grits. Some fruit. In the past there had been eggs and pretty sure they We no longer eat bread and carbs so we could only have coffee.

The location is close to the interstate and restaurants.

We felt the front desk associate was not knowledgeable due to the extreme length of time it took her to check us in. When greeting customers, smiling and saying Hello and How may I assist you would have been more welcoming.

The location and cleanliness we're great

The room that I originally wanted and paid for was overbooked so we were downgraded to a smaller room. The pool that was described as heated was absolutely cold and my kids did not last more than 5 minutes in it, it was the one of the reasons why I picked

The beds are super comfy

They thought of everything! I didn't have any needs that weren't met. Very clean and friendly.

The room design was not well thought out. The smell of cleaning products was so strong it almost made us both sick.

The staff were rude!

Location and Staff is very friendly. Room was better than the one we had 2 weeks ago. Probably the best staff of any hotel that we have stayed in.

I am picky on cleanliness and this room was decent.Much better than one we had a few weeks ago.

Room was not the cleanest, not filthy by any means but would have thought for a Hampton it could have been a little better. Ref did not keep food cold. Staff A plus.
