Large and spacious

Bathroom door was a farm door, 1" cracked which did not provide essential privacy for pooping

The location

Cleanliness our room had roaches, then they moved us to a different room that had foul odors.

TV did not work, so I had to move to another room.

Lately, Home2 is my favorite midline hotel chain. They're new, clean, and rooms spacious and well-equipped. Price is generally reasonable and breakfast is included.

Other selfish guests parking in the portico so we couldn't unload our bags easily at the door.

Large rooms,comfortable beds with nice linens and plenty of pillows. Lots of fluffy towels in the bathroom. the room was exceptionally clean and each day housekeeping came and did a light clean up. Breakfast selection was good.

The pool could have used some attention, bugs and leaves in the water. The pool area was very clean. Morning staff members chatting incessantly about their friends life problems.

Pet friendly, people friendly. Staff very helpful.There were several Irma evacuees staying at hotel who were frustrated and frantic, the staff was patient and soothing in their attitude. Breakfast with good selection fresh and tasty.

It's so clean!

Walls are a little thin. Could hear people on the floor above walking down the hall.

The oatmeal with all the different fruit and dark chocolate options made it delicious!

Everything. Xavier is truly an asset to your company. He went above and beyond to get us taken care of because we were in town from Texas for a wedding.

Staff, location.

Property was great. But the pillows on the beds needs to be replaced. They were so bad and not cleaned, had to go buy pillows to use. The elevator had a smell as if they were not cleaned.

View was great/staff was great/quiet location/bed was amazing

The cleanliness, breakfast bar, the staff were friendly and professional and housekeepers were pleasant. I would stay again.

Staff was very friendly but unfortunately we were given a room two away from the lobby and dealt with loud talk after midnight and starting up again at 5, apparently getting ready for breakfast. No healthy options for breakfast other than orange juice. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm for most chains other than Drury.

It was okay. First time I stayed there.

The fact that it was only one elevator all the way in the front and my room was all the way in the back. The stairs were the better and faster option, which was very an inconvenience for me.

Enjoyed my stay, I didn’t stay one day I need a refund and haven’t been able to get in contact

The convenience of location

When we got there, around 1:40am, I was told that Booking.com never paid them for the room and want over $200 for the room. After 30 minutes of him on the phone with the manager and me on a call from booking.com, I finally got to my room around 2:15am.

It was very clean and very comfortable and safe environment.

Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great.

Had to change rooms due to bathroom sink fixture. New room had similar problems - bathroom sink did not drain well. Refrigerator was very dirty on the door. Never got room service. Breakfast was not worth it. We are out the second day.
