Check in. We waited 25 minutes at the front desk but nobody was around. We found a lady in the parking lot in her car waiting to go on her shift and she came in and checked us in. The lady on duty came out of a room with her boyfriend during checking in

Yes I couldn't cancel my reservation. they said no. I would of liked to drive farther then get a different hotel.
