Residence Inn by Marriott Macon

The room was Huge and the breakfast was nice.

The price was Way, WAY more than it should’ve been and the little girl working the check-in counter at night was awful, .…literally clueless. She seriously tried to charge me AGAIN for the room after I’d already paid for it!!

Most of the staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are fairly clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is good and well tended too (just make sure you get there in time)

Showers could be cleaned better, but nothing horrible. Corporate has chosen poor locks for the door--the problem isn't getting them to lock, but getting them to open from the outside.

It was listed as ¿two queens¿ but the second queen was a couch pull out. Those things are HORRIBLE to sleep on and I wouldn¿t consider it to be a ¿second queen¿ This needs to be listed in the description¿ or better because I didn¿t see it. Total BS

Not a thing. I didn't stay there. They wanted to charge me an outrageous pet fee of $100. I opted to absorb the noncancelable room charge rather than reward this thievery.

I did not like the fact that they purported to be pet friendly but charging a $100 pet fee is definitely not pet friendly. I will never stay at a Residence Inn again!!

The rooms were very clean and the beds was comfy and the lay out of the furniture made watching the tv great,along with having a fridge, stove, and other amenities. Also having an indoor pool was great

Location was in part of town we wanted. Separate room was nice. Bed was good.

Barking dog next door. Highway noise. Really bad breakfast experience. Out of food and after a very long time refills still did not come. Cramped serving space.

I loved the fire pit ...fireplace in hotel room.. basketball court..the 3 tv,s in 2 bedroom suite...the price for the 3 nights reasonable...the pool and friendly staff¿¿

Good location, nice room layout with good space for working.

Very slow wifi---limited breakfast options due to pandemic.

The room was fantastic, super clean with a full kitchen. Bathroom was spacious. Great lay out of the room. Staff was courteous, helpful and gracious.

Great location just off the interstate and across the light from great restaurants-Carrabbas and Outback.

I had to wait for the desk clerk twice as she was upstairs picking up laundry. Perhaps more help is needed. No ice machine!

The hotel is awesome, the only change would be maybe a smart TV in order to have a few more viewing options.

I loved the two bedrooms its great for big families with little kids! I liked the refrigerator and stove and sink and table!

The rooms need an update. They feel outdated and worn out. Fireplaces need to be removed. Seems dangerous and not good for kids!
