Quality Inn Macon West

This is not a 2-star hotel. The noise from the parking lot is bad. The exterior looks run down. The chair in the room was lumpy with springs coming through. There was something off with the waffle mix at breakfast. This hotel needs to be in the 1-star.

Room and employees

Security gulf cart at main entrance with flat tire, obviously isn't used.

Location was just off the main highway which made it very convenient for us. It was easy to find. The amenities were as expected and geared towards travelers. Free breakfast was convenient and one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Plenty of conveni

The room was not as clean as expected. We stayed on a mid weekday so it was not busy....many rooms were empty so cleaning rooms should not have an issue for the staff. Would have been nice to have sausage or bacon for breakfast.

Everything first of all the air conditioner didn¿t work and they came to try to fix it and they couldn¿t fix it. The room was dirty. Then we had to wait an hour to get another room. They had to clean it before they put us in it got in the room TV didn

Close to freeway

Older hotel-exterior corridors. Tv did not work Dirt/smudges of unknown substance(s) near wall by bed and trash can. Broken toilet tank lid. Several hotels in the area but this was the only one w/open room. Interior matched exterior...

I hate to add negative feedback however maybe the Hotel will. Read it and make the necessary changes. The room has carpet so it immediately smells upon entry, basically a truck stop so all night a lot of noise traffic and movement,

Nice staff

The first room they have me the door wasn't secure you could just push the door open. The second room I was sitting in the toilet and the whole bowl of the toilet shattered. The next room they put me in had no security latch on the door. ¿¿¿¿¿¿

There was an obvious cigarette butt on the floor when I arrived. It was a non smoking room and not been thoroughly cleaned

Our gps sent us to another location with street name the same, would suggest showing a map as we do not know the area. Hotel a little run down

The front desk staff member that checked me in acting in a very professional manner while still being friendly. Even commented on the number of hours it had taken us to get there. I was impressed he knew that & that he took the time to make conversation

It was as little noisy with the proximity to the freeway but our room was far enough away it didn¿t matter.

Not what we would expect of a Quality Inn. Room was dated, but clean. Very few restaurants near by were open late on weekend night.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Old, dirty & it appeared homeless folks walking thru the parking lot.

Room was clean..and spacious.For it's star rating, it was about right.

Obvious cigarette burn in bedspread when I arrived.. Not a big deal but not a good first impression. Road noise and noisy neighbors at 11 pm wasn't appreciated but the bed was comfortable and had a good night's sleep.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

In the 1st room we got the tv remote didn't work. When my husband tried to turn it on he hit the button that had a roach on it! Then when I went to cut on the A/C I could see mold and mildew colonies in the vent. We got another room which was better.

The price. But after staying, it was not worth what I paid It was easy to get to . Q

Very old, it¿s a motel ! Interstate noise was terrible. Everything metal was rusted. It was musty smelling. Breakfast was a let down. Not even orange juice. No clue how it was rusted 8.1. Or 2.5 stars

I told them that I had COVID and wouldn¿t be traveling. They refused to refund the cost of the room because I hadn¿t paid the extra for cancellation. I believe it would have cost more to sanitize the room had I stayed there. Not sure if I will use picel

Convenient to the expressway for a through traveler. Staff were very nice and helpful. Good rate.

The place needs an update. Don't appreciate chipped and tired furniture. Complimentary breakfast easily below average. As I recall, there was no bread or bagels. Veryl light on fruit.
