Hilton Garden Inn Macon / Mercer University

Our room was gross! The floors in the bathroom were cracking, discolored and the grout was coming out. My husband and I used our towels to cover the bathroom floor so our feet didn?t have to touch it!

I liked the general kindness of the employees and the quality of the hotel

203 was above where they have church. I could hear EVERYTHING. I got woken up by someone practicing the violin and cello, the floor was vibrating, and there was nothing that could be done. I lost so much sleep. They don't have allergy friendly options.

That the computer in the business didn?t work and my fridge had old food inside from someone?s previous stay and wasn?t cleaned out

First room was unclean and smelled of smoke badly. Moved us. New room dingy and lighting is so bad!

Rearaurant and bar were not open for business at advertised times. Desk staff were not helpful on alternatives.

Exterior was nice. Good location.

Stayed one night while traveling and couldn't wait to get out. Room was old and out of date. Wife and child came out with bug bites. Remote to TV did not work correctly, maintenance came and did not resolve problem. Bed very uncomfortable.

Yes, the toilet paper was used by previous guest and not changed the soap had not been filled, the microwave plate made. God awful noise because it was the wrong plate for that microwave.

Quiet location with close proximity to downtown. The way the hotel is situated it has a very private feel. The staff was very welcoming and it has a nice onsite place to have breakfast.

The manager or the front desk women who seemed to answer all questions was exceptionally rude. I¿ve never met a hotel staff member so unfriendly. I even went down to chat with her later and she was even more rude. Bed has hairs on it and so did bathroo

Beautiful building very nice room very clean.

Staff wore masks very hard understand but we¿re polite, courteous, and well-dressed. The in-house restaurant had subpar food. We won¿t be a return customer.

Well maintained hotel. Sanitized and clean. On site restaurant. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds! Close to restaurants and attractions especially all Mercer athletic venues! Associates are professional and courteous.
