Bathroom was filthy, and gross. Air conditioner was loud and rattled.

The spacious, beautiful and clean room.

Would have liked a waffle maker.

Location was great

The cleanliness wasn?t great, hair in the shower, and the shower didn't work right. I told the management and they thanked me. I showed them the seal was falling out of the faucet, but they didn?t seem surprised.

Very clean, great breakfast, and far enough off interstate that there was no traffic sounds

Bathroom floors could have used a little more cleaning

Staff was sleeping during breakfast. We had to wake him up to have things replenished.

It's a well kept property.

Had to change rooms because of a minor issue. No maintenance was on-site.

The location.

Bathroom had very low toilets. Difficult to get up from after using.First room had no heat,second room okay but had to repack luggage to move.Breakfest looked old and unappealing. Ran out of body wash, no hair conditioner or dryer. Substandard!

Free breakfast.

Had to ask for third set of towels, plus sheets for sleeper sofa even after the reservation was for three people.

Beds are comfortable, breakfast was great, and location is right for our trip.

Nothing. The room¿s a/c had been worked on earlier. It was not fixed. There were no other rooms available in the city. My son had a state high school baseball tournament the next day. Never heard from hotel manager who never showed up!

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE!

Easy access to my room from my car. Cleanliness and abundant amenities.

Location was good.

Room had not been vacuumed. Coffee stains around coffee maker. Hairs in bathtub. Large area of mold on shower curtain. Dirty wash cloth in bathtub. Nice property, but needs attention!!

The desk clerk was excellent in helping us find a great room on the first floor. She also helped us find a place to eat near the hotel.

Desk people were helpful and friendly. Location was near the highway we were traveling. Room was clean.

A hair was in the sink. Shower pump dispenser for shampoo was empty. Waste container had bags draped over the edge like I was supposed to install them. Elevator was broken so I had to lug all bags up stairs to the second floor.

I book four room most room water not reach shower head more than 60% water leaking water . Double queen room not enough towel only two bath towel

Staff was nice.

Police officers arresting people, homeless and tweakers walking around looking in cars. Ate the cost and drove a couple more hours instead of staying here.

The location

It was not clean. There was a spilt coffee in the elevator and on the floor for 24hrs. Even after I complained. The staff was rude. And there were dead bugs in the ac vent in the room. They didn¿t have enough towels bc they do not have the staff.

The hotel & room decor is pretty decent. Good breakfast. Unfortunately the first two attendants at check in and that morning (young ppl) were very unattentive & seemed as though we were disrupting their sleep & visitor/guest time; Never said welcome.

Issues with all 3 rooms from a smokey smell, jammed door lock & the beds looking like someone had been sleeping on them. Pulled back the covers and it looked like the linen was not changed. Towels were VERY dingy looking. Had to switch 2 of the 3 rooms.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool was closed when we got there at 5:00 pm. I wish that information was shared before booking. After driving in the car all day my little one was really looking forward to swimming to get some energy out.

Nice clean room.

No bathroom mat to stand on after shower. No soap in the shower dispensor.
