The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. The beds, shower, and breakfast were nice.

It wasn’t the cleanest hotel, the sheets were hot (microfiber) and the ice machine on the first floor didn’t work.

Location, size of room, and new Speakman Anystream showerhead.

It was very clean and the location was excellent.

Breakfast was kind of poor.

Hotel charged an extra 50 because I used cash. Checked out Saturday and as of Tuesday at 10:35 the money I was told would be in my account is not. I will change this review after I get my money!

Price and location to I75

Furniture very much needs updating, very worn and used hard.

The hot breakfast in a sunny rm. Need more help on that area besides the ft desk clerk. Very nice staff. Smelled clean in lobby and room.

Location of the hotel. Close to everything.

Disappointed overall. The refrigerator in the room leaked water all over floor. Also the inside of the refrigerator had a terrible odor. I did inform the front desk but the girl didn't seem concerned. The floors haven't been cleaned. Very dirty.

The hotel room was in need of repair. The area around the window needed repair, probably due to water damage. I have stayed in this hotel, at different times, for many years. I am disappointed for the location is great.

The bed was firm, not old and sagging

Desk clerk had zero personality. Carpeting thru out hotel and up the stairs was OLD DIRTY DISGUSTING. Hotel and especially the room itself was musky smelling. Best Western is supposed to be the largest hotel chain. I¿m done with any property under BW.

Lower rate

Firm bottom dollar mattress. Coffee pot in room not working.

The workers was very nice and but one of the owners (the wife) she was very rude I won¿t be going back there

It was close to the interstate.

It was very dated and ¿used¿. Some room things were broken.

Decent breakfast selection and nice clean bed and pillows

It didn¿t appear to be cleaned very good. There were potato chips on the floor by the bed that never got swept up.

The King size bed was comfortable.

There was mold in the ice from the ice machine. Front desk staff was strange and kind of rude. Overall hotel seemed not very clean and the hallways smelled like weed constantly. Will not return.

Convenient. Right off the interstate. Great price. Front desk agent was excellent.

The breakfast was decent. The employees were nice.

The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I ended up not taking a shower because of it. The walls of the bathroom were very dirty. It was gross. Beds were old and uncomfortable.

The location was good. Several restaurants in close proximity.

While checking in I was notified the pool had been closed that morning, a Friday, for resurfacing. There wasn't any prior notice given anywhere. It's the middle of summer and the weekend. We booked a hotel with a pool to use it!

Hotel employee, he was very helpful, considerate and understanding

No ice machine, vending soda machines didn't work, the pool was not clean. Nothing for customers after breakfast forced to drink water only or drive or walk to gas station. There showed no concern other than hotel employee

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and cold A/C, and good price.

Shower door let water out all over bathroom floor.

Our room door was open upon checking in and toilet was plugged. Front desk staff did a nice job of correcting but not acceptable upon checking in.
