Location and cleanliness

We paid for the king 1bdrm suite when we got to room TV in bdrm was not working . Didn't have same rm type to move us to . So, we had to take a regular queen studio .I'm still waiting for manager to contact us about situation since the studio was less

Hotel employee was very helpful and polite.

The area was a bit questionable, but we had no problems.

Very nice hotel - exceptionally clean interior and exterior. Associates are professional and friendly. Sanitizing a top priority. Clean rooms and comfortable especially beds. Safe. Close to eating establishments.

Excceptionally clean both exterior and interior. Staff was professional and friendly. Room was very clean and beds and sheets were very comfortable. Lobby is always inviting to do work or just watch TV. Location is excellent. Breakfast included.

The location! It is located in a little square area of the pizza shop coffee shop a couple other restaurants. Safe area too right across from the school.

Part near the side entrance because our room was right there and some of the staff use that as their smoking area.

Clean rooms - except walking bare feet on the carpet made your feet sticky so I had to rinse them twice. Included breakfast. Coffee and tea bar. High priority cleanliness. Free parking. Proximity to restaurants

Carpet made my feet sticky. Hated the fact hotel puts a hold of $250 for incidentals FOR GUESTS WHO LIVE WITHIN A 50 mile RADIUS of the hotel. EXPLAIN HOW THAT MAKES ANY SENSE? I live 40 miles away. And I’m a Marriott member!

The Location.My Church is the next exit South.I had access to the interstate.

No,I have used this Hotel several times and I like it especially when I can get it at a reasonable rate.

The room was clean, neat, comfortable.

The location was great,close to relatives.

The toilet kept running,I reported it to the staff.

The one bedroom suite was so spacious! We were only staying one night but wished it was longer so we could take advantage of the kitchenette. We also noticed the hotel gives neighborhood info and things to do locally.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and the room was much better than I was expecting.

The only thing I would have liked was for the staff to have access to the ingredients of the breakfast foods. My daughter has food allergies which made it where she was limited because they had thrown out the ingredients list.

New, clean.

Room was on corner of unit, very loud street noise ALL NIGHT long, did not sleep well. Continental breakfast not very good, have had much better at cheaper hotels in same area.

It is a new hotel so the lobby and room still had the original "shine"

The comp. breakfast was very sub par. The "bacon" was awful and not crisp and the eggs did not look appetizing. Also no coke products were available. Could not find any vending machines.
