America's Best Inn - Macon

It was dirty there was drug parafenilia in the drawer no hot water the bed was broken the safty latch on the door was missing shower barely spit out any water

Did not like the hotel at all and would not recommend it to anyone. Was my first and last time staying at this hotel. The price I paid should of been ---- a night for the room I had a twin bed plus no microwave in room. Very poor service.

Roaches in the room and I did not discover this till second night of stay also no refund police was bunch of bull the room was so crappy I wouldn’t take my animals there. Can’t go outside door unless someone is chasing u down. Please don’t stay here

Absolutely nothing

When I arrived, front desk attendant was outside smoking she knocked on the window for me to come outside. She had no record of me having a reservation.Room was small and had a musty smell. shouting coming from the next room all night. Bad area

Staff was courteous and friendly and the pillows and bed were very comfirtable

It had to beds fora good price.. The beds were comfortable.

Bought snakes from vending machine and had to throw them away due to them being steale

Micro fridge, mattress was comfortable enough, nice staff. Everything worked in the room, though I didn't try the old TV.

This used to be an old Motel 6 and didn't appear to have gone through any renovations. It was fine for a solo business traveler like myself considering the price, but I can see many people being unhappy with the cleanliness and overall age of the place.

I had no towels or washcloths. I asked for them but never got them. I had to dry off with the bath mat. The room smelled like smoke and I paid for nonsmoking. Terrible stay

It was not a clean hotel. there was bed bugs. When I called them they deny it. Some of the light switches didn't work properly in the room therefore it was not enough good lighting the air conditioner does not work it's loud and blow out air that cool

Close to mall and good restaurants.

1st morning we left out at 6:00a.m..came back late and the room was not touched..one staff lady (?) Had a bad attitude..the other tried to get us clean towels and sheets. (We were expected to change them ourselves)..totally inadequate staff..Never again..

It took 2 days with the A/C on full blast before the room cooled down to a comfortable level.

Not much other than the low rate.

Good location to highway.

They mentioned free continental breakfast. However, no breakfast was provided.
