Clean, nice bathroom and amenities

Noisy withb trains and semi trucks all night long. Couldn't get a wake up call because the front desk wouldn't answe the phone

The staff was terrific. They made everything from check in to breakfast to checking out easy and enjoyable.

Restaurant staff was courteous.

Check in was delayed 1.5 hours. Front desk staff seemed inexperienced.

The outstanding team at Marriott City Center in Macon make this hotel the best value in the area.

The rooms' fixtures are a bit dated and need some updating; however, the main area of the hotel are under renovation.

At least the floor we were on needed a deep cleaning, including our room. The floors, tile and grout in the bathroom, walls, etc. we¿re dirty

The check-in process was easy and the clerks helpful. The views of the city, minus the eyesore Centreplex, were great.

The rooms could use an update for sure. I stayed in a much cheaper budget motel on the interstate the following night and the rooms weren't much different. The location is a bit hectic, for lack of a better word.

They didn't have the room ready for check in. They didn't bother to call me to let the room was ready.

Professional team/staff; the front desk would not accept a tip when she brought special tea bags to our room.

Not really; it would a major plus if the pool was heated but that might be asking for too much :)

There was limited access to water and it was ridiculously overpriced. Most hotels provide complimentarywater in the room or an accessible vending machine with water. The only place I could purchase water was down in the lobby so I had to go down late at n

The pool was filthy and couldn¿t be used. I paid for two queen beds they gave us a room with two doubles.

It was easy to get to the interstate.

Broken TV, No ice bucket bag, no bags in the garbage, was told I had to come down to front desk to get bag for ice bucket, got downstairs and they didn't have any there and I had to wait for them to go and find them. Fitted sheet used as top sheet. Poor

Floor was sticky when we came in but housekeeping took care of it right away

The lady at the desk she was very helpful we were given a room that had someone in it. So we went back to her to let her know well I guess they were to full so we had to get a king room with our 11 year old a roll away bed.

They had an event going on there were drunk people everywhere at 3 in the morning. There was no place to park.

The staff was nice and friendly. The location was great.

Excellent location to hospital. Staff very professional and room was nice and quiet.

Price was higher than what I wanted to spend. Shower liner looked like it had the beginning of mold. Bathroom tub wall was tall and difficult to enter and exit.

Hotel was fine when we were able to get our room

We arrived at 3:30 PM and were amazed to find the lobby and surrounding areas jammed with people. The room wasn¿t ready and we waited over two hours until it was. No explanation. Poor customer service at that point

Close to interstate

Toilet overflowed with feces early morning of checkout. Desk clerk rude and offered no assistance. We could not use the bathroom at all or take a shower. Had to go to lobby to use bathroom and it was dirty.
