Hotel Forty Five, Macon, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

From check in to checkout this hotel nailed it. So happy we stayed here. Close proximity to restaurants and theaters. The staff was outstanding. Parking was $30/day for valet. You could park on the street with meters from 8AM to 8PM. Park app is easy.

We tried brunch at the restaurant and the kitchen screwed up our order... twice. They took it off our bill but it was still frustrating after having such a great overall experience.

This was the perfect place for an overnight stay in Macon. The hotel is situated right in town, near cafes, restaurants, shops, and a fun-filled nightlife. The staff was great and the accommodations clean and comfortable.

It was well decorated

I had to get housekeeping to come to our room twice. First time: we noticed right away that the trash hadn't been taken out after previous gift. Upon using the restroom, we noticed the restroom hadn't been cleaned at all after previous gift.

Everything was great!! The room design and appointments were fabulous. This hotel has a lot of character, great food and bars and the location is ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about.

We loved the character of the building. Having the big windows in both the room and bathroom allowed in so much light and a great view. The night staff was super kind and accommodating and made sure we quickly and easily got into our room so we could rest

Just wish we had more time to explore the city a bit! Hotel was fantastic!

The rooms were excellent (beautiful, clean, comfortable). We will definitely book this hotel again if in Macon.

The instructions for parking (valet only) were lacking.

The staff is amazing. The room was very large compared to most hotels. The bathroom was spectacular and very clean. The rooftop bar is cool.

Limited parking so we had to valet park in a nearby garage.

The hotel is in the perfect location to see a show or just walk around down town Macon. Loved having the rooftop bar and being able to sit outside and enjoy a cocktail. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic room, wonderful bathroom, rooftop bar, and the food in the dining room was amazing. Grits cake with shrimp, really wonderful. We ate outside on the patio. View from rooftop bar is really nice. Staff is great. Short walk to taproom up the street.

We got an amazing price on the room, but had costs for valet parking and breakfast that we hadn't counted on.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel that felt like home. Lovely staff and amenities. Food was great. We travelled with a pet who also felt at home and welcome! We'll return for sure.

Loved everything!

The location was great and convenient.

1) The heater came on during the first night and was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. 2) There is no bedroom slippers provided, and due to the inclement weather, the tile flooring in the bathroom was extremely cold. 3) Only one bottle of drinking water was provided, which was not sufficient for two guests. 4) Also, no shower cap was provided especially with a rain shower, a shower cap is important for women.5) The coffee machine leaked each time I made a cup of coffee.

Very clean, wonderful location. Loved having a robe to use.

Very expensive room, parking by valet was the only safe way to park so that was expensive, too. Our TV only displayed in black and white and the on site engineer never showed up to fix it.

The rooftop bar was really nice. The people in the downstairs restaurant were friendly and the breakfast was tasty. I was a few blocks from all the nightlife.

Since it looked like a historical building, I'm sure they couldn't do anything about the elevator set-up.Valet was more pricey than I would want to pay for. I opted to park on the street and pay for a few hours at 8AM.
