One of the staff members was once helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. She communicated to the staff at the next shift to make sure they went above and beyond. Also, the bedding smelled so wonderful!

Breakfast and employees

TV Didn’t work. Employee couldn’t fix it NO ESPN or local news channel Horrible! Will not be back. Stayed there twice in two weeks.

The check in clerk was on her cell on speaker during my check in and the person before me. No big deal. Just unprofessional customer service on her part.

Room was half cleaned once while there.. toilet and floor left dirty

Newer hotel

They mopped but didn¿t sweep the room. There was dirt in every corner. The AC and window ledge had black dust or lint. Breakfast was a bust. Hardly anything when I got there. Trash cans in lobby were dirty and some missing bags.

I didn't like the fact that the toilet was stopped up when we got there and it wasn't fixed. I notified the front desk and nothing was done about it.

The room was great and loved that you can choose the firmness of your pillows.

Breakfast was not great!!! There was not a lot to choose from and the area was dirty.

Nice clean facility, great continental breakfast, quiet, close to restaurants and grocery store.
