Clean and comfortable for an overnight stay.

The breakfast could better. There weren’t too many options. The sausage was frozen and we had to microwave it. The chairs in the breakfast room are wearing down.

Location and price

This is the 3rd Comfort Suites I have stayed at in the last year that we chose because we wanted a hot tub only to find it unavailable. The breakfast was underwhelming as well.

The pull-out couch was disgusting, the staff was no help in getting clean bedding after asking several times. The bathroom plumbing groaned all night long. The whole experience was awful. Worst hotel stay ever

Very new/modern and clean. Staff very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a good location and had an option for 6 people in the room.

Fluorescent blue lighting. Less than clean.

Bathtub didn?t drain properly. Staff was not attentive. People hanging out in parking lot in car. Mattress stains.

Good location. Convenient to highway, plenty of food options

I have always liked this hotel, great location & great rooms. We have stayed here around 20 times. Sadly, it¿s gotten dirtier. The last few times, we have had:Dirty sheets, toilets that don¿t flush, stains on the light switch and doors that don¿t lock

This hotel is well maintained and the room was excellent. We arrived just after midnight and were in our room and asleep within twenty minutes. Breakfast the next morning was as expected. My kids really enjoyed the waffles. Thanks for a great experience.

Hotel is comfortable and affordable. Nice warm indoor pool with spa and free breakfast. Check out time was very convenient at 11am

Location

Cleanliness was not up to par. There was a live roach in my room. The flooring had a couple of gouges in it that could have been hazardous to bare feet. Upon arrival, our room a/c was set at 60. It was in the 30s outside. They should have turned the heat.

Location of the hotel was easy to find from the highway.

The first room I was assigned had clearly not been cleaned. Beds were not made and trash was left on the countertops. We were given a new room; however we woke up with bites caused from bed bugs and witnessed cockroaches on the floor the next morning.

Covers on the bed were comfy

The hot tub was broken. The elevator was broken. The pull out couch was broken. The hair dryer made the lights flicker when it was turned on.

Location

The bed had socks from the previous guest, which was gross. The breakfast eggs were dry and there was a lot of wasteful packaging (plastic flatware and disposable dishes).

Nice location, close to shopping. Room doesn't bad smell

Room can be little bit more cleaner

Website said masks required for Covid, so we were expecting safety measures. No one wore masks, and person working the counter was coughing on our key cards before handing them to us.

Convenient location and it was clean. It¿s a bit confusing to get to but once you do figure it out then your there.

Georgia has got some expensive high taxes. I know it not your fault but could Lobby politicians to control them. That¿s why you don¿t put them in the price

Not much

We reserved two 2 bed N/S rooms but they said they only had one left and gave us a king bed and a pullout couch instead of the second 2 bed room. Unacceptable but they said they had no more 2 bed rooms left even though we had the reservation.

Worst bed. We rolled into each other all night. TV did not work. Bedcovering was dirty.

We had a king room with couch, refrigerator and microwave. Also a very nice big TV. The bed was nicely made and comfortable. Overall the room and bathroom were clean- not perfect. Staff was nice. Location was handy. Convenient location wit restaurants.

Breakfast left a little to be desired but coffee was good!! They did have a waffle machine and eggs and sausage. No oatmeal. Would stay there again.
