Holiday Inn Express & Suites Macon North By IHG

The bed was comfortable. Great location close to good restaurants. Macon is beautiful.

Desk help was awesome. Helpful for local sights and restaurants. Super clean. Finally a softer bed.

We could not adjust the temperature. It was freezing and we turned to heat but then it wouldn?t heat to moderate. Really hard to deal with. Figured all rooms were like that. I hate that. When I want it moderate or even warmer it should work.

The room was clean, attractive decor & the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty!

Rooms were big. Beds were comfy. Pool was nice.

They didn¿t have one of my reservations. It was a mess.

I appreciated the COVID measures in place - posted signs, installed hand sanitizer pumps, express contactless checkout.

I wish we'd stayed longer than one night.

The breakfast was great. The staff was helpful. Location was well-lit and easy to find.

The pool not being open was a bit of a bummer but not a big deal since it was cold outside.

The room was clean and spacious enough for the four of us.

The elevator was not functioning properly. There was like 1 Kleenex left in the box in the room with no refill. There was no soap and the shampoo/conditioner needed a refill. They ran out of breakfast.

Conveniently located close to interstate and clean.

Front desk staff was not friendly. Breakfast was not up to normal Holiday Inn standards. We were at breakfast 10 min after start. Coffee was luke warm so not fresh. Scrambled eggs were so dry I swear they were yesterday's. Inedible.

The hot breakfast was slimy oatmeal and very old apples. Don't advertise what you don't have.

The girl who was working the morning shift, which included front desk and making everyone's breakfast was amazing! I wish I could remember her name. She was so nice, polite and very respectful to everyone. She was like super woman and stayed happy.

No food, no coffee, and no explanation.

Hotel was new, the furnishings and hotel layout were modern. Everything was marked for social distancing. The kingsize bed was very good as was the bath and shower. The free breakfast was served to either eat in dining area or to take back to your room.

Yes, the tile flooring was sticky & filthy. I wet a towel and wiped it up...showed the front desk as we left & she seemed nonplussed. Upon arrival home reported it to the mgr.

It was convenient and clean. It offered a nice breakfast. The lady at the desk was helpful.

Hotel is very clean! Staff was very kind and helpful with questions. Location felt safe.

Breakfast was not great.

Their New Heating and Air Conditioning for that hotel has a humidifier and a dehumidifier depending on the type of year that runs constantly. It is so loud in that room from that dehumidifier that is impossible to sleep. Spoke with the hotel

New hotel in the beds were excellent.

The hotel is new and very quiet. Good restaurant close and easy to get to. Very comfortable room. Nice free breakfast.

Bacon was out at 6:05 and several things were never put out .
