The young lady help me out alot we went to 6 rooms to make sure we had 1 without lady bugs, or dirty sheets we left early because I saw a dead lady bug in the room and then a alive one. So i left at 12:30am and gave up the room

The bugs, stains on sofa and hair on toilet

Big Rooms, Pool, Cleaniness, staff was very polite and the location was great

The professionalism, cleanliness, and space.

No there was nothing I didn't like.

 the front no matter what time of day I got a friendly greeting with a smile she made me and the pet feel welcomed We were displaced from our home i was feeling overwhelmed distressed not sure if I was going to be ok there she was more like fam

Other ladies at the front did not greet me when they saw me. I was not there.or no One was at the desk. The sink was clogged the entire stay in bathroom. Not she was always at that counter always recognize guests was there she cares

Breakfast was good.

Shower did not work and AC would not turn on in the bedroom. Front desk was not able to assist bc she was short staffed. We were not allowed to change rooms bc there were no comparable rooms available.

The space and the accommodations.

Should consider not everyone eats pork. Pork sausage the only meat option for breakfast. Had to ask that the pool be cleaned.

The location is close to six flags and they are accommodating to pets.

The hotel ran out of shower gel, when we went to ask about it they said it was back ordered and we were out of luck. Very poor service for paying $--- a night, one would expect the basic amenities to be able to take a shower

Upon arrival our A/C didn¿t work. Reported to desk. They said they would would get technician in to look. It worked for the first night. Went out again the next morning. Technician was suppose to look at it. Never looked at the 2nd time.

I loved it room was big only thing curtain rod in 202 will fall on your head of you not looking it fell on my head it is not secured to the holes

The customer service was exceptional at the front-desk and breakfast. The location was close to places to eat. My husband and I were able to check-in early. The free parking was nice.

The Hotel Room was very clean. The small kitchen area in the room was very nice and convenient. The Staff was courteous. A free hot breakfast and free parking was offered. We will definitely look for Home2 Suites next time we are looking for a hotel.

I was going through a really tough time during my stay for something unrelated to the hotel.  the front manager was more than understanding and helpful even gave me a list of advice I didn't want to hear.She was compassionate and

The ONLY issue was the night before checkout, I came back to my room from being out and my room hadn't been cleaned. The bed trash and dirty towels were still there

The hotel is very modern and clean . It has lots of amenities close to restaurants and stores.

Nothing no complaints.

The staff were awesome. they both made my stay memorable. Staff suggested places to visit in atlanta downtown!!

The staff was amazing. Raven was the customer service concierge that assisted me. She was nothing short of wonderful, inviting and professional. I felt like I was home away from home. Thank you!!!

The price I paid for the quality I got was terrible. And the cleanliness was not good.
