The front desk the cleaning is and the eating area nice very nice

Yes, one of the maid came to my room door and was very rude to me. She pushed my door open to keep me from closing it instead of informing the front desk to see do I check out that particular day she was rude

The air conditioner would not turn off!

This hotel us extremely clean! The bathroom, halls, ballroom, pool area etc. is 10/10!

The pool water could have been cleaned a little more.

We was harassed in the morning about breakfast . It made the experience uncomfortable when breakfast was included in our booking

The front desk was nice

There was hair in the bed, and they wanted me to change my own linen. Semen ( bodly fluids) on the wall and floor. I was disappointed

Was able to get a good price. Overall it's a very clean place with exceptions.

2 towel sets for 3 people. Couldn't get a 3rd set until next day. There is no housekeeping and had to use the same towel set for 3 days. Trash in the halls for 3 days by guest rooms. Staff was getting many complaints from guest about not having towels.

Nice location. Room was very clean and well appointed.

We had a late arrival at 21:45 hrs. As we were preparing to carry our bags into the hotel the power went out in the immediate area surrounding the hotel. Power wasn't restored for more than an hr. Hotel this size should have a generator!

Wonderful staff and top notch property.

Check in was an hour later than advertised due to housekeeping issues.

There’s nothing we didn’t enjoy about the property itself.

The facility and location was great. The purpose of my visit was to meet family and friends for a soccer weekend and watch the NFL playoff games.there was an issue with the TV package that did not have CBS network and was blacked out? This was a national broadcast and cannot figure out why the CBS game with Denver Broncos and Buffalo Bills was not available at the hotel lobby where many of were anticipating to watch. The hotel needs to rethink its TV package offering!

Need to have national Tv network as available at the hotel for sports events! Again not having CBS network available for NFL playoffs was unacceptable by myself and group of family and friends impacted our weekend plans immensely!

Location, staff, and cleanliness.

The location, staff, and overall facility was great. I however did not have a comfortable stay this time around because there seem to have been some construction going on in the room above me. They was constant drilling and so much noise. The room was also located by the elevator so there was also constant dinging from that and people talked loudly on their way to the elevator, while standing and waiting for the elevator and also getting off the elevator. My last stay was excellent. This time around not so much.

Less than 10 minutes away from 6 flags. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Super clean, friendly staff and the bed was actually comfortable.

No complaints.

Great place to stay, very accessible to stores, and the maple barnes amphitheater. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable, whether business or pleasure. Enjoyed the restaurant and the outdoor patio sitting area.
