Pros +

This hotel was clean, great staff at the front desk great breakfast and comfortable beds
Breakfast was very good and the beds are very comfortable it was clean and staff was great.
Friendly staff, great breakfast and the warm cookies a bonus!

Cons -

Room was DIRTY with A LOT of hair in both beds, hair on the bathroom floor, hair on the toilet and hair in the bathtub. No soap in the bathroom and no shampoo in the shampoo bottles attached to the wall. No coffee pods for the coffee machine.
Shower has no wat we ressure. Like showering in the rain.
The Pillows . We had very flat pillows.

Lobby was clean and had a clean smell and tidy. Free chips too! The breakfast options were plenty, very good and fresh! Friendly staff. Specially the person in charge of the breakfast bar. Location was perfect (by I75!)

The Pillows . We had very flat pillows.

Location was easily recognized. Room was up to date and very comfortable.

The breakfast was not very impressive. With covid going on it was ok

10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-4-2020

Very new! Clean, beautiful room.

1 elevator was not working. Staff had a hard time keeping breakfast stocked with many guests on a Sunday morning.
