There was a separate sitting area where you don't disturb someone who is sleeping.

Yes. Black mold all over the shower ceiling. Exhaust fan didn't work. 1 ice machine for all the guests and it was broken. Out of 6 elevator lights only 1 worked. Supposed to have hot and cold breakfast. There was practically nothing.

Room was spacious and had good water pressure.

The whole hotel was hot. The AC in our room did not work. We were given a new room and that room was even hotter. Finally the 3rd room was cooler. The bathroom floor was dirty. The breakfast was horrible and the breakfast area was so hot

It was far above the Super 8 by Wyndham (crack and meth hotel) that was right down the street.

No additional blanket in the room for the sleeper sofa and none was provided. The eggs at breakfast were dry. To be honest the Holiday Inn Express hotels that I frequent beat you on the breakfast.

The hotel had very friendly staff. It was also a great location as it sat right off of 95.

Seemed outdated. Shower was really weird...felt like a locker room shower...did not like. Also, would have appreciated daily room service. We constantly had to ask for fresh towels and need TP by the end of our stay too.

Found a roach in the bathroom the room was dirty and the refrigerator didn't work.

Nice welcoming lobby nd general common area. Loved the living room/separate room for larger feel and 3 adults for sleeping.

Pullout couch uncomfortable. had to ask for bedding for it instead of it being in the room. checkin attendant could have goven us heads up some dont have to circle back We indicated 3 adults. Breakfast was merely adequate preparation.

The staff was very attentive and always pleasant. The breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options and great hours as well as an attendant that was very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff was pleasant and did a great job.

It is off season but it would have been nice to use the hot tub even though it was outside. Not a deal breaker but since it is there and looks so inviting it would have been nice.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.Staff members responded quickly to rectify the many issues we had with our rooms. The breakfast buffet had a good selection,the breakfast area was neat and tidy with plenty of seating.

The first room we were in the air did not work, room number two the outer door lock malfunctioned, room 3, broken air conditioner, finally we settled into the fourth room which had a dripping shower head. The pool and spa area was closed.

Staff was terrific very friendly and helpful.

I booked a walk in shower.Was confirmed the day b4 arrival. Did not get what I booked.

The hotel is long past its time for a refresh- everything that could rust, including the refrigerator and towel bars were heavily rusted, the shower wand holder was completely broken, the shower head was clogged and barely let any water through

Everything was falling apart, the breakfast was minimal and not good, the room was moldy smelling and in very bad shape, towels scratchy, kitchen things unusable, it could have been good but nothing had been kept up at all- felt dirty

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Only real issue was holder for the iron was coming off the wall, hair dryer needed to be replaced. Would be helpful to have larger trash can for kitchen and dish detergent.

Everything was clean and nice¿my only concern is the pool..I think it had to much chlorine in it. My kids got in the pool and they get in the pool all the time but this time the pool water was burning their eyes after we got out

The location was perfect due to it be located off the main road but the there is only on way to get in out by turning into what looked like the gas station and not an actual street.

The main issue we had with the hotel is that the room did not have a stove that was shown in the pictures and the refrigerator was dingy. They need to update the appliances or give it a good scrubbing. The bed frame needs to be tightened.

Hotel over sold rooms. After driving 4 hours we did not have anywhere to stay.

They over sold rooms and the desk employee did not care.

Very difficult to find. GPS takes to wrong place. Lighting identifying hotel turned off.

The rooms are very worn. My wife was bitten by a bug in the bed. Both rooms had a TV that did not work. The entire Bldg was hot and stale. The a/c helped some.

Maid Service, and Breakfast selection. Had to reconfigure my laptop in order to connect to internet.

Employee at the front desk was terrific and a blessing to meet.

Elevator was not working properly and required staff to operate.
