Magnolia Inn Kingsland - I-95 Exit 3

The photos were not of the actual hotel I stayed at. This hotel is full of long term occupants who were outside until 3 am right next to my room. They were drinking and smoking weed openly, so much so that the smell of it was in my room the entire time.

Location area

I was not provided room I asked for but Impsid for something I did not get

Lifted tile on floor made it easy to trip, door didn't close all the way, bathtub faucet leaked, towels were tiny, unpainted sections of doors and walls.

It was very poor

Door card did not work, dirty room, loose floor boards, loose non skid bath mat, argumentative front desk rep, holes in walls, peeling wall paint.

Price

Stained towels and bedspread. Cockroach. Floor made my feet black

No special assistance in room for business traveler i.e. iron and iron board. Basic lower end breakfast. One ice machine and not every room maintenance and cleanliness. Extended renters with pets/kids unwarranted noises. No elevator for disabled.

Feeding the ducks in the pond next door lol. Also glad they had coffee and muffins. Thanks.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and the price was very affordable. We were very pleased with our choice to stay there. We would do it again when visiting this area.

We experienced nothing negative about the motel during our stay.

Pricing. Mostly convenient location and super nice front desk person. She was awesome & made you feel welcomed.

Older hotel, and rooms with musty smell, scuffs and ding on walls in need of a deep clean & fresh paint job. Hotel located in far back dark corner behind hotel row and didn't feel safe for parking or at night. Grab & go breakfast mostly not!

The front desk attendant - she was aces! A/C worked and the room was clean. Though way past it's prime and in need of some attention, the building was serviceable.

Side and overhead neighbors were not what one would call considerate of their surroundings. Things quieted down about 1AM. (The good side to that was it work me up so we could get an early start to our final destination.)Hard to find for out-of-state-er

Housekeeping needs to clean floors better, after showering floor creates dirty feet. Listing refers to ¿Premium Coffee Bar.¿ This is deceptive, single coffee pump in lobby with mediocre at best coffee and a sugar shaker and a non-dairy creamer shaker.

The rooms where dirty staff was rude the property full of junk old furniture in walk way a lot of breaking cars worse experience

The owner is very humble and respectful definitely a great hotel with the upgrade with kitchen area great price too.my only problem is the attitude of the front desk I feel like customers must always be a business top priority.

Convenient location to a wedding we were attending. Some attempts at updating were visable.... but not enough!!

Door keys wouldn't work- took 3 tries with a different set of cards each time! Secondary lock was missing! Outlets by sink wouldn't work at all!! Roaches in bathroom and out where sink was,lotsssss of them! 4 key tries later in the evening to get in!

Clean, quiet, away from hyway. Comfortable beds. Modest breakfast. Very good price. Perfect for us.

Beds were double, rather than queen size, so less wide than we were accustomed to.

Our room was clean and they gave us coupons for eating out! I will definitely stay here again.

I just didn't like the pond next to the pool. You couldn't get to it but I almost stepped on a baby snake walking back from the pool.

The hotel was right off the interstate. I loved the idea of being able to park right in front of our room. One of the reasons I picked the hotel besides the price was that they had a refrigerator and microwave (a VERY big plus).

The breakfast was nothing to brag about, but at least they had something to eat.

Clean and well maintained - which is not so common with economy hotels.

Had to wait for someone to respond to me at the front desk.
