Very clean and modern, comfy bed

Friendliness and cleanliness

Lawn area not maintained well, I feel I was charged $50 twice for a pet fee for service dogs with paperwork.

Kind staff, upgrade given when AC in first room wasn¿t working well.

AC wasn¿t working well in first room so we had to change. It had been set too high by someone and couldn¿t cool it off quick enough for comfortable sleep. But they quickly and without any fuss gave us a different room.

Convenient to interstate and restaurants

Guests near us were very noisy but that was no fault of the hotel.

The staff - all we encountered reminded me of why they use the term ¿southern hospitality¿ - free breakfast was one of the best!- 4 members of my family had stayed there a week before and recommended it - not disappointed

Very good breakfast. Typical fare for this type of hotel, but better than average. High quality, fresh furnishings -- desk chair was very comfortable, and the height adjustment worked (many don't).

Like the hotel last year with the standing shower the other rooms need up dating. Breakfast could be better.

The room near elevators very loud

Beds very very uncomfortable very hard, also doors were very loud when they close the door. Love pets but you can hear them barking and owners mistreating them for barking. Very awful day. Couldn’t rest all night.

Comfortable beds and no noise, Hampton can spend some money in putting doors that closed smoothly other hotels have them

Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Facility was clean and observed staff cleaning windows, etc throughout stay. Breakfast area comfortable and very clean.

Perhaps attention to rusting around aluminum frame to shower. Not housekeepings problemNo cups in Bathroom.Scented spray in hallways and room strong.

The staff was absolutely amazing and our room was incredible. It was massive and so clean!

There were no issues whatsoever

We mostly like that is is always clean. We have stayed at other hamptons and they were not clean at all. My feet actually would turn black with dirt. The staff are always great at this hampton

There were no clocks that I could look at in the room in the middle of the night

The breakfast was very tasty. There was a nice variety to please everyone. It was so nice to have fresh fruit. Often when traveling it is hard to find fruit. Overall, it was a great breakfast, even though my husband was looking for scrambled eggs.

We only stayed overnight and didn't find anything wrong.

Easy check in. Handicap rooms were spacious. Lots of parking. Excellent breakfast.

Rooms were nice, staff was polite

I decided to switch my card of payment…I was charged on both cards. I called the property to inquire, was told there wasn’t anything they could do. I needed to call another entity.
