Wonderful place, indoor pool and hot tub. Hotel employeeat the front desk was so very helpful.

Nice indoor pool, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again, and actually we did make another reservation for the following night and stayed on our way back through.

Actually, there wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel. I mean for the price we paid, we weren't expecting a luxury hotel, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean and the staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable.

I would not stay there again.

I feel like there was water damage and the hotel smelled musty. The breakfast provided was OK, no meat was offered. The smoke detector battery went bad at 1030 at night. The dehumidifier in the room was very loud and we had to empty it twice in one night.

Cleanliness was not up to par.? The towels were dingy and stained, the tub was not clean.

The staff was the best part. They were very polite and very helpful.

The hot tub was nasty. Inside pool was not heated. It was cold D juice machine was out of order.

The staff was friendly. Our room was comfortable. The complimentary lemonade and tea drinks were a nice touch. The free cookies were appreciated.

The breakfast was mediocre. The tub in our room looked dirty. The parking lot was small. There was a lack of access doors for guests in comparison to the parking lot.

jacuzzi

Jacuzzi wouldnt stay on, switch was broken. Breakfast was a Germ Fest! Juice dispenser Out of Order. self serve from a sm refrig. The Grossest thing was the container of cream cheese open with a knife bc they r 2 cheap to buy the single packs! No Cookies!

It was located right off of the interstate

The pool was an indoor pool that was cold, the hot tub was scalding hot.

Bed bugs in pillows ate my chest up still have rash and bumps, I will never stay there again and will tell others not to as well,furniture in room needs thrown out about 40 year old dirty worn out stuff really nasty!!!

Staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful .

The shower was very poor. It also didn't have safety bars, a bath mat or grid work, and no place to put soap except on the bottom edge of the shower. Very, very unsafe, especially for handicapped and elderly.

It was very dirty. Strong mold/ mildew smell and smoke. Given extremely stained or dirty towels. There's a large gap under the door allowing large amount of light and noises in.

Breakfast included a variety of options and the food was good

The hotel smells like smoke in common areas. The floors in our room were dirty and we hair was on the bathroom floor, tub, andtowels. We alerted the staff of the hair and requested a cleaning through the text message process but never received a response.

The bathtub needs replaced and it was hard to use the TV-no instructions for what was available

The staff is amazing,rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone at the desk deserves an honorable mention.

Location

The credenza was nasty smelling. The drawers had extra pillows and a blanket and they smelt so awful as well. It's dated and needs upgrading. The woman running the coffee room is rude. Needs to understand she's there to please and accommodate guests.
