This hotel owner is a joke I signed up for 2 rooms payed and then I get there they tell me o yeah u have to pay a 100 dollar per room security deposit And it had to be in cash this hotel owner is the biggest scam artist that I jnow

The rooms were very roomy. I read responses from other guests and hesitated to stay there but the location was perfect for what we needed and we were happily surprised with the room. They have been doing remodeling so that may be the difference.

The breakfast could be improved.

It's been remodeled since I had last stayed there. The lobby is nicer, cleaner and more inviting. Checking in is much quicker now with the new technology they added to the front desk and even the staff seems happier.

The cost is higher than anything a couple miles away. If you're willing to stay in either Braselton or Commerce, you'll find more options for cheaper.

traffic pattern in the area is not the greatest, with the median blocking turns in front of the hotel entrance. decor is lame. Probably a 2 star, not 2.5

Great location- easy access to the interstate and good.

The desk clerk was very very slow with a thick Middle Eastern accent - checking in was not pleasant.

the hotel is filthy the pillows have hair that can not be turned down so inedible the staff nothing friendly i would never recommend that hotel

Overall, the hotel was clean and quiet and the members of the staff we encountered were courteous.

The king sized bed that we slept on was horrible, to say the least. The only reason we booked the hotel was to allow a quiet, comfortable night sleep away from home and we weren't able to experience that here. It was like sleeping on plywood. Painful!

This hotel warrants more than two stars. Without even asking they told us we could put our bikes under the overhang and their window to watch during the night. And the free breakfast wasn't bad.

The cleanliness and availability.

Yes because we asked for pool towels (which is what they wanted) and because we asked for the remote for tvs batteries be changed the front desk person said we were very needy?!! We are not needy until we need to be!

The room and hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. We had no issues with the facility.

Due to the age of the hotel, the decor appeared outdated; even though it was well maintained and clean. The lobby seating for the restaurant could be a bit more enclosed; perhaps put up some patio umbrellas, to give a more intimate atmosphere.

Musty smell and overpowering either chlorine smell from the pool or some type of bleach it almost smell toxic in the room

Customer service was exceptional.

The AC system in the room was so loud that it was hard to sleep.

Breakfast was puny…only hot item hot waffles…no eggs or sausage/bacon…husband couldn’t eat anything but yogurt…we had to go find a breakfast each day for 3 days!

breakfast was fair. Prefer a hot breakfast. Location was good.

Cost. Very expensive for what we got. Listed as $76 online. Don't know why it was so high. $100 room was what it was. Staff was great.
