- I spilled coffee of the bed on accident and they came right in to change the bedding!! They were amazing!!
- Nothing at all front desk was rude.
- The front desk was great she went out of her way to change rooms for me so I didn't have to go up stairs being handicap and was next door to my son an his family so our visit was perfect
Cons -
- The website said the Hotel had a fitness center and a pool. There was no fitness center and the pool was completely drained . Why advertise that you have these amenities and then don?t?? I would?ve loved to get in the pool on my day off and it was closed
- The Roaches... Roaches were everywhere. Disgusting and terrible
- there isn't an entrance from the pool to the restrooms without walking all the way around to the front with a small child. Also allow people to take breakfast out to their roo.s for those still sleeping that didn't make breakfast.
