- The location was nice but the breakfast was horrible, the coffee was awful. The staff was very nice but the room we had obviously had electrical issues and the A/c vent rotted the floor. Only thing keeping you up from falling through the floor is the carpet.

- The room was not at all safe. The fridge, coffee pot, or microwave didn't work. The floor was rotting out only thing holding you from falling through was the carpet. The bathroom fan or light didn't work. The staff was very not and gave me $75 back because they knew what it was like. I still felt like I paid way too much.

- I left my laptop and charging cord. They would not mail to me. I called back 6 times but they would not pick up to explain to me how I was going to get my laptop. I called Helen police department and they confiscated it for me. I drove back to Helen to get from PD.

My wife's mom needs a wheelchair and I had requested downstairs units. They gave us upstairs units and they don't have a ramp or elevator. So I 66 and my wife 65 had to drag her mom 89 up and down the stairs.
