- The best thing about this hotel, was the location. We were able to walk through Helen without getting in our car and driving. The only time we needed the car was when we drove to the zoo.
- Location, staff very friendly
Cons -
- The cleanliness. The room stunk, there were stains on the chair & mattress, there was dust, trash and food under the bed, the bathroom was semi clean, no working fridge. You can tell the employees don't take their job seriously. Deserves 2 stars at most.
- Barn door style sliding door used for both bathroom and closet.Door never closed completely ,light would shine through when someone was in restroom. Very annoying in the middle of the night trying to sleep. Breakfast was ok ,maybe could have been better
- Wish the jets looked a little cleaner in the tub and we might have used it. But we usually only shower at hotels anyway.

Location, staff very friendly

It was in a great quiet location, but in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The river behind the hotel was a big plus. It was so relaxing and comfortable being there. Our room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.
