- Everytime taking a shower or bath no hot water barely even warm water . And the toilet didn’t flush properly it took waiting for the tank to fill and flush a second time just to get the toilet paper to go down
- Bigger pillows on the best. It's nice to have many, but they are all small. It would be better to have fewer pillows and have them bigger in sive.
- Two employees used a key and entered my room without my permission. I had just gotten out of the shower and was literally in fear fir my life. They alleged i called fir service and I didn't. I have never been more vulnerable and scared for my safety than two men opening the door without consent. I got dressed and went to another hotel in fear
