- The staff were extremely helpful. Easy parking, good breakfast.

- I loved the location. The hotel was so clean. The check in process was quick and easy.
Cons -
- The first room we were assigned had a malfunctioning heating unit. It would not turn on. We had to change rooms after we had already started to unpack. We ordered a suite so that the child who was traveling with us could sleep in the pull out sofa. There was no linen for the sofa in the room. When we got the linen it was missing a bottom sheet. The grab bar on the shower door was also falling off

- The only complaint I have is the toilet paper accessory. It is doe not allow the toilet paper to roll as it should. Definitely, not well designed.

I loved the location. The hotel was so clean. The check in process was quick and easy.

1 day a year breakfast could be ready by 6:00 for the bike riders on the Saturday of the One Love Bike ride.
Breakfast was ready at the normal time on Saturday (7:00). Did not do most of the riders a lot of ggod.
