The staff was professional and friendly. the front desk staff always greeted me and checked to see if I needed anything. The ladies at the Bistro were always smiling and their service was exceptional.

The staff especially at registration and hotel employee who helped us so much.

The mattresses were horrible, too soft and lumpy! The hotel was freezing. Why does a hotel of this level try to ration TP?

Parking

I was unable to reach the front desk by using front desk option on the phone. I kept getting a busy signal.

Location

Parking in a tight garage at $12 per night. No complementary breakfast. Noisy

Hotel was brand new and very clean. room was spacious and well-appointed. Staff were helpful and welcoming, clearly took pride in their work. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Could occasionally hear noise from adjacent rooms--did not have too much impact on our stay but would have been a problem if it continued late into the night or if the people next door had been in their rooms all day.

The check in process was easy and quick. The room was clean and quiet.

I called before check in to ask questions but my calls were repeatedly forwarded to the national line who could not pull up my third party reservation. Parking spaces were so small my passenger had to climb out the driver's side. (I have a Corolla)

Lobby design

The room needs maintenance: Iron leaked water, drain stopper did not work, toilet lid would not stay up, buttons on safe did not work, tv display was not visible in the light.

Hotel is located in a great area of Decatur, with quick access to restaurants and shops. There is a pool in the facility that our kids were able to use and enjoy. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

When I decided on the hotel, I selected a deal that said Breakfast was included, and the confirmation email I received said so as well. When we were at the hotel, we realized that they had a cafe to get breakfast, and it was not included for us.

Location.

Couldn't get the TV to work, the water in the sink and shower was brown, there was a lot of noise from other guests, the room was dusty and I found hair in the bed & sink that didn't belong to me.

clean, spacious room. Staff was fantastic, prime location in downtown decatur,access to restaurants and local activities is second to none! Can't wait to come back.

parking situation is awful..$10 bucks per day (should be included in the cost of the room), very tight parking spaces, gates letting you in and out of the garage were frequently inoperable.

The concierge staff was very nice, cordial and helpful. Nice bed, toilettes and amenities.

Cleaning under the beds would had been appreciated, there was an all world under it, casually checked because I was looking for a sock.They managed to clean the room and change towels and bed sheets only once during the 4 night stay. Starbuck coffee : Meh

The location is great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and quiet.

IT was very clean and they had re-decorated since I was there last. It was very clear that they wanted everyone to feel safe and comfortable.

When I made the reservations it said the room can sleep 3 as it has pull out sofa bed. It didn¿t and it made it difficult for us.

Parking is not hotel-owned but available in the public city-owned garage around the corner from the hotel. The parking spots are narrow/small.

Location was perfect for our stay.

We stayed four nights and only received housekeeping services one day after we complained. The a/c was not working two nights which made it very uncomfortable. The temperature in the room reached 75-79 degrees two nights.

Very nice hotel! The atmosphere of the common areas was very relaxed and inviting. Staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating to any request with a pleasant attitude.

No microwave in the room.
